Not my first time here but the last time i'm here was couple of years ago..but the comfortable feeling staying here still there..fast check in and check out..definitely worth the money and definitely will coming back

The hotel met expectations in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and service. Everything was functional and reasonably maintained.

My late check in was hassle free and the service staff was efficient. Plenty of parking lots, it’s free and I can just scan out without revalidating my touch&go card. Overall cleanliness was good and the shower water pressure was good.
Tv program selection was pretty good. The hair drier was noisy and almost overheated is my only improvement feedback.

It's considered a steal for the price. Service is very good. Provided shaver upon request and delivered towels to the room the moment I mentioned that it was not provided for the day itself.
Managed to catch a 30 min fireworks display for deepavali celebrations too.
Location not the best. It is about a 30 min car ride from TBS or a 1 hour lrt ride from kl sentral.
Highly recommend still if you do not mind the traveling time.

The Mall listed in the building was not in business. The gym and the swimming pool was functioning ok. The small business centre was misused as meeting room for prolong period when we didn’t have a chance to use the computer. The views are fantastic. Location isn’t the best but thankfully we could drive around.

Good option for business travel. The room was clean and quiet with stable Wi-Fi, and the staff were professional. Location is a bit far from attractions, but it’s convenient as the LRT station is nearby.

had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Puchong. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spacious with comfortable bedding and a great view of the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile.

The room are great! It’s clean and come with good view if you select lake view. Breakfast spread is limited but ok. The hotel is the only operating business there. Mall is no more
