The apar**ent is in a good location, very close to Futian Port, about a 10-minute walk away. The sanitation of the accommodation is much better than that of a similarly priced express hotel. Although it took a long time to renovate, there is no peculiar smell. There is a washing machine in the facilities, which is very convenient. Overall, the environment is clean and tidy. Good value for money!

It's quite a distance from the port. The entrance is at the back of all the buildings. The rooms are quite dirty. There is no bathroom door. The glass door of the tank is also broken. I don't recommend it.

The boss is friendly and the room is clean. 👍 Microwave oven and washing machine are fully equipped. There are many restaurants nearby, so it is very convenient to buy groceries and cook by yourself! Standing by the window, you can see Futian Port. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the departure hall. It is very convenient to go to Hong Kong! 👍

The family apar**ent we booked is very high and has a long view. The room is clean and tidy. The picture below shows the view from the window. There is a clothes drying rack above the window. You can wash clothes in the bathroom and hang them by the window to dry overnight. The room is large and quiet. You won't hear the sound of cars passing by in the middle of the night. It is very convenient to live with children. There is a double bed and a small bed. The small bed is two-layered. There is a desk on the bottom and a small bed on the top.

Why is there still a situation where an aunt came to open my door at 1 o'clock! Of course, because the aunt scared me awake, I closed my eyes for a while, which led to my original check-out at 2 o'clock being postponed to 3 o'clock. The hotel did not charge me, which I am very grateful for 🙂 Second: I have stayed in so many hotels, but there has never been a rule that the bedding cannot be changed every day for extended stays. That day, I asked the room service staff to change the bedding, and the waiter said that we do not change the bedding for extended guests, and the attitude is very bad. The landlord was very nice and helped us change the room type. The four-piece bed set was very dry and clean. The cup was a little dirty (with tea stains). Stayed for 2 nights and overall it was very good

It's just over ten minutes' walk from the subway station, not very convenient. Although there is a river view, the glass is too dirty and affects the view. The room is big enough but the facilities are a bit outdated
