Stayed here for 3 nights in Xintiandi and our experience has been amazing! The hotel staff were very patient and helpful when we had some couriers delivered to the hotel to bring back home. :) It was very convenient to call for food deliveries to the hotel. You can just indicate your room number and the automated robot will deliver the food to your door room! Overall, very satisfied with the amenities and facilities provided by Atour! The gave us a small little gift after we check out, will consider to stay with Atour again next time! :)

Due to a flight delay, I arrived quite late, but to my surprise, I was upgraded to a better room. After staying in cramped hotels in Japan for so long, suddenly switching to a spacious suite was incredibly refreshing. The service was also much better than some five-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur. My only minor complaint is that the breakfast selection could be more diverse. The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Yu Garden. It's just a shame I didn't stay longer. One more thing: the hotel lighting is a bit dim, so if you need to do any work, you might want to consider that.
