The hotel's location is excellent, and the overall environment is clean and hygienic. The architecture is very unique, perfect for taking photos 📸. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient and quite good. My stay was pleasant and I'd recommend it. I was really sad to leave the hotel and the surrounding area!

Very good and clean, convenient location. It's very pleasant to stroll around Tianwu Square at night, right next to One Foot Garden and many other restaurants.

Extremely terrible, and the service was equally bad. They saw guests struggling with a lot of luggage and unable to open the door, yet didn't bother to offer help. The front desk service was also very unprofessional. Even after staying for several nights, there was no mention of a room upgrade. I booked the most expensive rate but got the worst room type with a tiny window. 500 a night is definitely not worth it. The hygiene was comparable to a 200-a-night room; the table and sofa seats were very dirty, and the room was small.

The hotel is located within the EKA Sky Mall complex. Right across from the hotel, there's a beautiful coffee shop, and about 100 meters away, you'll find a store selling a rich variety of Chinese produce. I had a wonderful time here. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining very convenient. The hotel staff are all very kind and friendly, especially the auntie at the breakfast restaurant, who always has a smile on her face and is enthusiastic and energetic. The noodles for breakfast were particularly delicious! The room was very quiet with lovely green views. The interior design of the room was also very tasteful, making it feel very comfortable. Although the hotel doesn't have a designated pick-up/drop-off area for vehicles, if you contact the hotel from the EKA entrance, a staff member will come to pick you up in an electric shuttle. If you're coming by Didi (ride-hailing service), you can get off at the EKA parking lot and walk about 150 meters to reach the hotel. After check-out, the hotel will also arrange an electric shuttle to take you away. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay. I really enjoyed it here!

It was pretty good. I stayed in a twin room for two nights and a king room for one night. The experience was decent, though the closed window on the second floor made it a bit stuffy. The garden views were great, and there were many restaurants outside, making it easy to order takeout! I'd like to come again next time!

It's quite convenient to drive here, and parking is free. There are shared bikes available just outside the area. The breakfast restaurant is also beautiful. The room isn't huge but it has a bathtub. You can go downstairs and browse around eka, making it suitable for a staycation. The hotel offers comprehensive services, even providing umbrellas on rainy days. The soundproofing isn't great, but it wasn't too noisy since there weren't many people around recently. I think they could provide earplugs.

After work, I spent the weekend at EKA to enjoy the Sichuan Feast performance and finally got to stay at the highly-acclaimed Zhenbao Hotel within the park! And it did not disappoint. Tucked away in the quietest part of the park, this standalone house exudes a wonderful ambiance with elegant surroundings – a perfect spot for Instagrammers. Across the road is Ichife Garden, so grabbing coffee is super convenient! EKA itself feels like a hotel with everything you need: dining, entertainment, leisure, and shopping. It was my first stay, and the handsome front desk staff generously upgraded me to a multi-level room with a terrace and a bathtub. As soon as I entered, I was amazed by the room, the bathtub, and the terrace! The only minor drawback was that some smart devices, like the curtains and sheers, still required manual operation, which was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was excellent! Since I checked in early, I saw the cleaning staff smilingly rushing to get my room ready, and they kept apologizing for the wait. The croissant breakfast set was incredibly good value, and the breakfast supervisor was also very nice. Besides the set, they even allowed me to pack some Chinese pastries and coffee to go, as I had to rush for work at noon. What a generous hotel! I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends! 😄👍🏻

I've stayed in many hotels, but my experience in Shanghai this time truly deserves a special positive review. First, I must thank the front desk and staff. Due to my itinerary, I checked out two hours late and was prepared to pay a late fee. However, they were incredibly understanding; not only did they waive the fee, but they also proactively asked if my parking was convenient, helped me register my license plate, and handled my exit. The entire process was seamless. There was no cold, procedural feeling; instead, I felt truly cared for. I later realized I had left something in the room, and they kept it safe for me to pick up, showing no inconvenience whatsoever. This level of service and communication is a huge plus. As for the room itself, the one I stayed in had excellent natural lighting. When the sun shone in during the day, the entire room was bright and very therapeutic. It wasn't that enclosed, chilly hotel vibe; rather, it was comfortable enough to make you want to stay in and not go out. The air conditioning didn't blow directly on you, so I didn't wake up feeling dry at night. These small details, only those who've stayed there would know how important they are. The hotel's location is also excellent. It's surrounded by a pet-friendly park, so bringing my dog was absolutely no problem. It was very convenient to take my dog for a walk downstairs; the park was quiet with good greenery. Just a short walk away were cafes, so I could grab a coffee after my morning dog walk, which was especially pleasant. For those with pets or anyone looking for a quiet place to stay for a couple of days, this place is really suitable. In summary, this stay allowed me to have a very relaxing time in Shanghai. The staff's accommodation and thoughtfulness, in particular, left a deep impression on me. I will definitely return if I have the chance. Thank you all.

Coco's service was warm and welcoming, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and the room had good natural light. The toiletries were well-stocked, and check-in and check-out were efficient. I had a very pleasant stay.
