The Crystal Orange Hotel is newly opened in Hongqiao. I was optimistic about its new opening when I made the reservation. It is about 15 minutes by taxi from the National Exhibition Center. The transportation is convenient and the overall service is in place. The room is clean and hygienic, the TV can be cast, and the breakfast is rich. Well worth the experience. If you like fitness, remember to bring sneakers when traveling. The gym on the second floor is very convenient.

The hotel is located around 4 km from the end station of line 2 (East Xujing) at the NECC. When arrived, there were flies in the bathroom and the breakfast was not really nice. The hot dishes were cold, as the equipment was broken, so was the coffee machine. All is self-service. During breakfast they come with a trolley full of dirty dishes to the table to clean. The supervisor is just pushing the staff, but not doing anything to reset the tables for the next customer. After mentioning the issues to Trip.com and the hotel, the FO manager Bob had a good service recovery and upgraded my room. The rest of the stay was without any incidents.

The second floor is ok. The first floor is normal. The bathroom door lock on the first floor is broken. When I stayed, the bathroom on the first floor should not have been brushed on the same day. It was a bit dirty, but the second floor was pretty good.
