Youli Hotel

Very nice hotel, staff are easy to talked with, there’s a laundry, free coffee, room are spacious. Love the toilet🫶 location is near with everything. There’s a restaurant nearby which is delicious. I was upgraded as well ❤️Overall , was very good stay 🫶

The Youli Hotel 友裏酒店 (上海人民廣場店) is relatively small with a compact lobby and reception area. However, the room floors are spacious. The room itself is just right for a solo traveler like me, well-equipped with all necessary amenities. The bathroom features a properly separated wet and dry area, and the smart toilet with a built-in bidet works well. The hotel is conveniently located near the Metro line. However, it can be challenging with large luggage. If you get off at People's Square Metro Line 2, Exit 1, you need to use an underground bridge with stairs to cross the road. Alternatively, getting off at Dashijie Metro Line 8, Exit 1 might not be ideal if coming from the airport due to the lack of a direct line. Overall, I enjoyed my stay over the past three nights. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling light or planning to use airport pickup/drop-off services.

Decent hotel located near people’s square and Nanjing shopping street. Staff are helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed with big TV (with free movies). Bathroom is a little small, and there’s not much amenities, but can’t complain for the price paid.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, I came before the check-in time and was able to have an early check-in. A life-saver since I just got off a red eye flight. When I checked out they also gifted me a full size moisturizing cream, awesome! Room was clean and toilet bowl was bidet type, can warm up the seat. Very good I will stay again next time I'm in Shanghai.

Based on what other people review abiut this hotel compared to my experienced. I think it clean enough. About the noices i think i can handle it, the sound from outside did't go through the wall that much. There are a lot of people during the day due to the area of the hotel and that is why i should this hotel because of the location. It very easy to travel around shanghai and also very close to most of the attraction point. I ride a bicycle to people square with around 4-5 mins and already try walking too which take me up to 15 mins until i get to the centre of people square. The room size is a bit tidy but comfortable to stay. If any one still hesitate wather to choose this hotel or not just think about the location and the price, if this two things are the reason you will choose the hotel. This hotel will be the one for you.

Location is very central, close to convenient stores and food. Hotel is a bit small but expected for Shanghai. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Upgraded my booking without window to one with a window.

The hotel location is quite good. It is near the Nanjing Road. The staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay again next time

Awesome location - 15 minute walk from the Bund, Nanjing Road etc. 3 minute walk from People's Square and all the surrounding malls/stores.

Staff at Youli are very helpful and nice, they don’t speak much English but they use translation apps. The hotel is very centrally located, close to people’s square and convenience stores. At the hotel we were able to use the washer, and they also held our bags after check-out while we explored. The only thing we would have liked to have in the room was a refrigerator.
