The location is great and just one block to the centre of Kabukicho.
The Kabukicho Donki was located one block from the hotel as well.
Lawson and 7-11 just are next to the hotel, very convenient for snacks and drinks.

The hotel is a little bit old but it has a very good location and customer service. The front desk is very helpful and English speaking.
I paid additionally to upgrade my room to executive room, the top of the building, quiet and cozy.
However , the furnitures are old and look not very clean. The room size is still fine compared to other traditional hotel in Japan.

Very friendly and helpful staffs. I stayed for 7 nights and everything in the room was perfectly fine to suit my needs, room wasn’t big but wise sized and cozy enough for me as a solo traveler. Excellent location easy accessible to all sightseeing spots, MRT stations are couple minutes away. Kabukicho is 5 mins walk, large amount of shops and restaurants nearby. A convenient store on G/F and you can grab food and drink easily. The only demerit is, it’s too close to Kabukicho and there’re bars right next to the hotel thus it’s always busy and crowded, you might have to pay more attention at night when walking back to hotel.

Extremely good location for the price. Right smack in the middle of Shinjuku just beside Kabukicho. A very busy hotel but staff is very helpful and most can speak fluent English. Some of the equipment might be a bit dated. e.g. aircon cannot work well.

Location is close to transit but this is in the red light district. Super noisy at night. Hotel is pretty dated and dingy. Furniture is all dinged up, marks on the walls. Carpet is pretty nasty in the room. Not to mention a smell in the rooms, even after changing the room the smell doesn’t change. Bathroom has black mold. Unfortunately even the hair dryer was grommet. It is not pleasant. During our stay there was a pest issue and it required pest control. Which was never communicated until we entered the room and read the notice. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel. More like 1.5 stars. Staff is nice but unfortunately was unable to provide any assistance other than a room change. I guess the hotel is convenient if you can tolerate the grimmeyness and would want to pay extra for this hole in the wall experience go for it. I definitely recommend literally anywhere else. This is the first time I stayed in this hotel. The location is very good and close to the Shinjuku JR Station, just 10 minutes walk.
I rented a car for this trip in Toyko from the Toyota Rent Car in which the car renting Shinjuku shop is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
The staff of the hotel are very efficient and helpful. Check in and check out are quick and no need to wait. The room space of the hotel room is much bigger than the normal hotel rooms in Toyko.
This hotel is value for money and I shall chooae this hotel in next visit to Tokyo.
