Hyatt Centric Zhongshan Park Shanghai

Zhongshan Park Commercial Area Shanghai|1.04km from East China University of Political Science and Law
The newly opened Hyatt has good hardware facilities and beautiful design. If you are a traveler, the current price of just over 1k, the hardware and the location are cost-effective. But there are a few very problematic areas! First, the service attitude is not good (only at the front desk). The service attitude of other hotel staff is online, but the service attitude of the hotel's front desk, including the manager, is very lacking. Including when checking in and checking out, the attitude towards receiving customers is cold. Secondly, when checking out, they were not told when the deposit would be returned. After many days of no response, I called the hotel to ask why the deposit was not returned, and clearly informed the hotel that, regardless of whether the deposit was refunded or not, they would at least respond to my current question. But after 24 hours, I did not receive any form of reply (during this period, I even contacted the hotel through Ctrip). Personally, I think that deposit refund is a very small thing and the amount is not large, but not informing the customer of the basic situation and not responding to the customer's request is a very unprofessional thing. Third, the room is not well soundproofed and the sound from the corridor is very clear. No matter morning or evening, as long as someone opens or closes the door on this floor, the sound can be heard in the room.

Facilities: Old Hygienic: Generally, on the surface, there is too much dust in the corners and corners. Environment: Garbage can be seen everywhere in corridors and elevators Service: The front desk loves to ignore it, the cleaning chat is loud, and the sound can be heard when the door is closed.

Orange Hotel (Shanghai Zhongshan Park, East China Normal University)

Zhongshan Park Commercial Area
Service was great! All hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Within hotel is manageable for wheelchair accessibility, but the ramp outside would be way too steep to use a wheelchair. Room design was a little strange due to the open window of room into bathroom, but it has an easily lowerable curtain that makes it a non-issue. Breakfast has a wide variety of food from dim sum to freshly cooked noodle soup upon asking and plenty of other things as well, mostly Chinese breakfast options like congee and such, but also bread and jam as well.

This time I switched to a hotel opposite Global Harbor. The location is very good. It is convenient for traveling and very close to the subway. The hotel room is not small, clean and tidy. The front desk staff has a very good attitude. I will stay here next time!

The room is a bit small, the old one is understandable, but the bathroom smells so bad. I asked the front desk boss to solve it. There was a pit on the floor and the end of the bed collapsed. I lived in 309. The second floor is the bathroom. , Dissatisfied overall
熊小貝公寓(北橫通道分店)

Zhongshan Park Commercial Area
It is quite suitable for two people to live, the location is very good, it is only a few hundred meters away from the subway station, and it is very convenient to travel. The room was quiet and the facilities were very new. The landlord is also very good and very thoughtful. I will choose here next time I come to play. ~
