There were no reviews for this accommodation when I first booked it. Later I saw a few negative reviews and I was a little worried. However, it was too expensive to book accommodation temporarily, so I decided to stay with it. Two days before check-in, I messaged the landlord privately and got a reply soon. The landlord took the initiative to ask me what time I would arrive in Seoul, and then arranged for the cleaning lady to pack up the room in advance so that we could check in early, so I arrived at the accommodation at around 10 o'clock that day. . The landlord sent me a check-in guide before moving in. It clearly stated the accommodation route, things to pay attention to when checking in, etc., so it was easy to find the location of the room. The accommodation location is first-class, located near Exit 12 of Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station. We went back to the room to sleep after steaming at the Dongdaemun Sparex next door a few nights this week😆😆 Since I didn't have high expectations for the room, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door when I checked in. It was different from what the reviews said. First of all, although the room is not big, it is quite clean. The toilet provides shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toothpaste and toothbrush, etc. Moreover, the room is equipped with a microwave, hairdryer, hot water kettle and washing machine, which is very convenient. The small terrace has camping chairs, tables and clothes drying racks, but because the weather was too cold, we did not do any activities on the terrace. The only drawback is that there are not enough toilet paper and toothpaste, but these are small things and can be purchased at the convenience store downstairs. In addition, there is no TV in the accommodation, but for tourists who leave early and come back late every day, TV is not important 😂 Overall, this accommodation is great value for money. It is rare to stay at such a good quality accommodation at this price during the peak tourist season. Of course, if you have higher requirements, it will be much more convenient to stay in a hotel.

This B&B only provides two beds and quilts. The facilities originally provided in the apps include shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Turns out there was no shower gel. We rented for seven days and six nights and only provided three rolls of toilet paper. We had to find the landlord and wait two days before providing them. Because South Korea needs garbage sorting, there are only two garbage bags for seven days and six nights. We had to buy more at convenience stores. The best thing about the B&B is that it is in a super ideal location, and the food and supermarket downstairs are also very convenient. Not far from the subway station either.

I was originally staying in a hotel because of a temporary change in my schedule, so I wanted to find one nearby. I figured it would be better than sleeping in the open (because there were only a few bad reviews before booking), so I contacted them to confirm that they had floor heating, and I was reassured. At the nearby Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station, there are no elevators or escalators at almost all station entrances. The transportation in and out is not very convenient. The lack of luggage storage service is also a big problem. The biggest problem is that there are many mosquitoes in Korea, and there are still super large mosquitoes on the 14th floor. mosquitoes fly into the house

There is no cleanliness, it is different from the photo The water area was especially dirty. There was a lot of hair down the drain in the bathroom. There were so many mosquitoes that I was bitten all over my body even though I was on the 7th floor. I couldn't sleep because of the insects. I suddenly booked a different hotel. I feel disappointed about my precious trip.
