Very beautiful. The atrium is very beautiful and luxurious. The living room is also spacious and is just the right size for a few people to hang out together. It's also quiet and safe. The scenery is beautiful and you will feel elegant. This is my first time using solid shampoo and conditioner, but they are of very good quality. The staff are also very kind. The bar had a wide selection of spirits, especially the ********* whisky. A very good hotel to enjoy Gangnam. There were a lot of young local women in the ba*****t spa. Cigarettes are not allowed inside the building.

This time I went to a hotel for a business trip, and the location is still in Seoul, Gangnam. As soon as I entered the hall, I was amazed. Because it was near Christmas, the hall was beautifully decorated. The blingbling was full of lights. It felt like a avenue of stars. It was too beautiful! The waiter was very nice and handed in towels and water when checking in. However, because the room was too old, I had to spit it out. After looking for a long time in the whole room, I only found one power outlet, and there was no place for the computer to charge on the ground. Just renovate the room!

Novotel Jiangnan Ambassador Hotel, the service is very good, especially the staff who check in at the lobby are patient and meticulous, and the cleaning staff on the 14th floor are also very kind. We couldn't find our destination outside the hotel, so we met a little brother who was patient. Take us to the location carefully, and go to have breakfast the next day, only to find out that it is a staff member in the breakfast room of the hotel. Thank you very much. The only thing is that the price of the room on the second day after I lived in is lower than the price I set the day before. After spending a few hundred yuan, I have some doubts in my heart. Overall I feel good.

From the moment you walk in, you'll be greeted by an incredibly gorgeous hotel. Everything is beautifully designed from the lobby to the rooms. The rooms have all the necessary amenities to make it your home away from home, including amazing Malin + Goetz toiletries. Do note that they do not provide toothbrushes or razors for sustainability reasons but I do believe you can purchase them. But best of all is the service! I arrived at the hotel around 11 am and the receptionist was kind enough to let me check-in early with no extra charge, which was much appreciated. The location is not too bad too - short walks to the nearest metro line but the weather was kind to me during the trip so definitely take note of this if it's in the frigid winter or blazing summer. Overall, had a great stay and it was truly a regret of mine to have not been able to stay much longer to enjoy the other facilities like the pool and gym. But best believe, I'll be back!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and spoke very good English, which made everything very easy. I was just staying for the weekend for a concert and it was great for just an overnight stay getaway. This may just be a personal thing, but there were no USB ports only plug ports. I had forgotten one of my adapters at home thinking it should be fine, but actually need to go out and buy one, but there is plenty of cafés and convenient stores around the area and it was able to meet all my needs

I arrived much earlier before check-in, but staff allowed me to leave my luggage on site first. When I came back after the start of check-in time, I was pleasantly surprised to see that staff had carried my heavy luggage up the stairs and placed it in the room. Many thanks for that kind gesture! Just one thing to note, guests may want to bring their own towels as the towels onsite are not the standard large bath towels that western hotels typically provide.

First off, the staff was very friendly and accommodating- they upgraded my mother's room to a suite; provided a small welcome package; and assisted my parents with transportation to the airport. The room was also very clean and big. The view from the room was awesome and the beds were very clean and plush. As for the location, FP is walking distance from Garosugil and Apgujung-two of the most posh neighborhoods in Gangnam with great resturants, nightlife, and shopping.

The hotel has a small parking lot/parking tower.; a small and respectable Italian resturant; interior shop and convince store. The rooms are comparable to the Shilla Stay Hotels (which are also excellent for the price), but the greatest asset of La Casa is its location. The Garosu has very good local resturants, bars and clubs and is approximatly 5 minutes from both Itaewon and Apgujung Rodeo where the majority of the Seoul nightlife is located. The queen size beds can fit two people, but I recommend a king for most westerners.

The hotel is located in the business district, the location is better, the rooms are very small, the hotel with the same price near the subway station entrance is much larger. Fully booked a hotel on Ctrip more than two months in advance. The price was 100 yuan more than the actual price at the time of actual check-in. People have said that they will not book on Ctrip in the future. The hotel room was poorly soundproofed, imaginable awkward. Downstairs is a nightclub, which is noisy. The front desk of the hotel needs more than a dozen steps, and there is no elevator to go directly.
