I had booked my stay at Youngbin Hotel through trip.com, but I was overall disappointed and unsatisfied with my experience.
Firstly, I discovered a methane gas leak at the bottom of the bathroom in my assigned room. This situation greatly affected my comfort and raised concerns about my health and safety. I don't believe a hotel should tolerate such issues.
What was even more disappointing was the lack of urgency from the hotel staff in addressing this problem. I had to insist on a room change and even had to argue with them before finally being given an alternative room. As a customer, I expect the hotel to be more attentive and respectful of our needs.
While other aspects of the hotel may have been satisfactory, this experience has made me question the overall quality of Youngbin Hotel. I hope the hotel takes customer feedback seriously and learns from this incident to improve their service quality.
I do not recommend Youngbin Hotel to other travelers due to their shortcomings in handling customer issues and providing a satisfactory customer experience.

Location is close to attraction, there has bus stop nearby hotel, easy to hang out. There has a lot of covinient shop and restaurant, we order fried chicken for supper, delicious. Free sauna is the Best!

This hotel has a sauna in the basement, which guests can use for free. Akasuri requires a separate fee, but it takes about 30 minutes to thoroughly make your whole body smooth and clean, so I have made it a regular place to stay every time.
The location is great, and there are subways and buses to go anywhere, so it's convenient. The room is spacious enough and there is a refrigerator (freezer also available), so you can stay comfortably no matter the season.
This time we stayed in March, so it was still cold, but thanks to the ondol, the room was always warm and great.

I've stayed there several times, and I came back for the first time in a few years after the coronavirus! It's not a beautiful hotel, but the location is still satisfying as I was able to walk home after late-night shopping at Dongdaemun (without getting ripped off by a taxi).
The underground sauna is the most recommended feature, but it is closed on Wednesdays for maintenance. This time I couldn't use it due to lack of time...I will come back again.
The guy at the counter is blunt, but he's nice to talk to lol
