Amazing nice hotel with a huge room. Two double beds on the loft. All is based on sustainability. Great indoor pool and amazing outdoor pool. Huge fitness centre

It feels very under staffed as there were not enough help with the luggage. The staff were also not trained and were not proficient in English, which is shocking for a 5 star hotel as this.
The set up of the room did not allow for proper ventilation of the room. The air condition could only be limited to a low of 23 degrees, making the loft area ( where the beds are) very stuffy.

The pillows are very very very hard to sleep on. I travel almost every month, and this is the first time I stay in a hotel with such bad bedding. My whole body aches. Choose carefully.

The waiter rang the doorbell early the next morning and handed me a bath towel and water. I didn’t come to clean it🧹. It’s a double floor so the sleeping area is very stuffy. I can only open the balcony door a little bit when I sleep at night, but it is very noisy. I chose to sleep with the door open between the stuffy heat and the noise!
There are many plastic surgery hospitals near the hotel, but there is nothing else worth checking out! The transportation subway station is not too close!

It was the perfect place and facility for a staycation with friends.
The pillows in the accommodation were great, the duplex structure was large enough for all four people to sit comfortably on the sofa, and the swimming pool and yoga program were all enjoyable! I couldn't muster up the courage to use the outdoor swimming pool because it was cold, but I want to come back and use it in the summer.^^
