Stayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!

The hotel was in a good neighborhood with a restaurant right across the street and the main thoroughfare Stewart St a few steps away. Stewart leads to pike place and all its wonders. Clean hotel, very nice and friendly staff, With a laundry room that was convenient for travelers to refresh their clothes. Breakfast was ok for me, I am sure you can find something with the variety that was. The bacon was not up to par, needs to be crispy. Nice bar for evening drinks. Everything was walkable from the hotel and the train to and from the airport is a few blocks away, very convenient.

Great location and excellent staff service. The facilities were very good and comfortable, with power outlets, USB ports, reading lights, and privacy curtains. They also offer luggage storage and provide towels. The cleanliness was spot on. Coincidentally, there weren't many people during my stay, which made it even better, especially regarding access to the restrooms and common areas. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the mornings. I'll definitely come back if I return to the city.

The hotel on the sea is just outside the sea. The scenery is very good at night. There are luxury cruise ships leaning at 30 meters away from you. The service is also very good. Meals are not used. Parking valet park 58. One night trip is convenient for the airport. It was half an hour old hotel but it was renovated inside. Next to it is the first Starbucks in Pike Place.

My experience at this hotel was a mixed bag. **The Good:** The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The front desk staff was also very friendly. They upgraded me to a higher room type at a great price during check-in, and the high-floor ocean view room was fantastic, even offering a view of Mount Rainier. The room amenities were also perfectly fine, and the room size was adequate. **The Bad:** The housekeeping service felt like an invasion of privacy. I had hung the 'Do Not Disturb' sign before leaving, but they still entered to clean the room. I hadn't put my valuables, including cash and jewelry, in the safe that day (a lesson learned for next time), and my personal belongings were also left out. I was very upset when I discovered my room had been entered. There are no cameras on the hotel's guest floors, not even by the elevators, to prove whether or not I had the 'Do Not Disturb' sign up. However, after I complained to the hotel, the housekeeping staff actually lied, claiming they had asked me in person before I left if I wanted the room cleaned and only proceeded after getting an affirmative response. Lying takes this to a whole new level of problematic. **Overall:** The Ctrip hotel butler service was good and a definite plus. However, the hotel's housekeeping service was truly disappointing. From now on, I'll definitely be more vigilant about protecting my belongings when traveling.

Location: Very close to Amazon sphere, the hotel is surrounded by office areas, and it is generally safe. There is a supermarket nearby, you can go shopping. Room: To be honest, it is quite old, especially the furniture, but it is not a big problem. Breakfast: Very average, and the breakfast restaurant has few seats and many people.

The Ace hotel has never been disappointing. I have lived in NYC before and now come to Seattle to decide whether to choose this one. Breakfast is not bad, homemade waffles are very interesting. 10 minutes walk from Pike Market.

The American-style hotel is quite good; the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Located in the heart of downtown, it's within walking distance of several of Seattle's popular attractions, and the price is very reasonable. A very good choice.

The rooms were very clean n well maintained. However, the room was only clean after 7days. Although they did stock up towels and other amenities. It might be better if the rooms could be clean every 4 days. The gym, indoor/outdoor swimming pool and basketball court were wonderful. The kitchen set up was very good as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wholefood supermarket is just 5mins away. Will definitely stay there again.
