The bed was too soft and saggy. Req for a foam pillow was forgotten. Bedroom slippers and kettle were not provided unless asked. 1 lift was down during our stay, housekeeping staff were using the only available guest lift. Stench from housing keeping trash filled the lift. Modern room, good location, poor water pressure. Toilet amenities were very medicore for the price. Hotel was willing to store my parcel prior to arrival. Airport transfer booked was prompt. Car valet was slow and very expensive.

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews. The building is old, but it's a charming hotel with many thoughtful touches. I rented a bicycle from them, which was very convenient. There are also Lime electric bikes available in the city, making Seattle's hills and distances much less daunting. However, flushing the toilet produced a very loud noise and a blast of air. The in-room TV connection was poor, so it didn't work. Maintenance came quickly and got the TV to turn on, but I couldn't change channels afterwards, possibly due to a faulty remote. It was frustrating, and I ended up not watching it at all. Perhaps because of this inconvenience, they didn't charge me the resort fee.

The hotel was in a good neighborhood with a restaurant right across the street and the main thoroughfare Stewart St a few steps away. Stewart leads to pike place and all its wonders. Clean hotel, very nice and friendly staff, With a laundry room that was convenient for travelers to refresh their clothes. Breakfast was ok for me, I am sure you can find something with the variety that was. The bacon was not up to par, needs to be crispy. Nice bar for evening drinks. Everything was walkable from the hotel and the train to and from the airport is a few blocks away, very convenient.

The location is fantastic! It's a ten-minute walk to Pike Place Market, ten minutes to the subway station, and five minutes to the waterfront. It's quite clean. I stayed in a four-person dorm, which was a bit small, but perfect for a solo traveler. There's a small bar downstairs, and a kitchen with a fridge available. Showers are shared. The value for money is unbeatable, but be warned: there are many homeless people outside, and it can get a bit noisy at night as it's next to a bar. So, there are pros and cons. Overall, if you're looking to save money, it's a solid choice.

We had a fantastic stay at the SpringHill Suites Seattle South Lake Union ☺️ The room was very nice, clean and modern, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the large shower was a great bonus. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the busy downtown areas, which made it the perfect location to explore the city while still enjoying a quieter atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

We chose this place for our anniversary and it was just perfect. Very clean and very comfortable. They surprised us for our anniversary. Comfortable bed and very clean room.

Down the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.

We had a great time we were at the bite of Seattle and we thought we stop over on your property for the evening within the night and we ended up at Demetrius Jazz Alley and had a great time there dinner just a wonderful experience sunny the beds are wonderful so thank you very much
