Fabulous find! I In the perfect place on Pioneer square. Excellent price, and free upgrade to king size room. Amazing complimentary breakfast. Staff are so friendly helpful and welcoming and the front desk is always open. Catch the Link light Rail from the car park at Seattle Tacoma airport and it’s only 3 dollars each to get down to Pioneer Square! When you exit the train station look down the road towards the ferry port and you can see the hotel at the bottom on the left!

Huge shout out to Natalia for providing such a great customer service over the period that I had stayed in the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered my breakfast to-go-to coffee and this makes me feel assured as a guest staying in the hotel despite of the morning crowd in the morning; she maintained professional and treated every single guest with a smile. Great job to Natalia! And i would like to also compliment another staff whom I didnt manage to get her name - she was stationed at the front desk on 2 June ard 1230pm and 9 June at around 9.45pm, she helped me alot when I first arrived into Seattle. What a great stay!

It took us quite a while to finally get into our room due to issues with the key cards not working. Had to make two trips from the 20th floor down to the front desk only to find out the problem was a low battery in the door lock. Once inside, we noticed the room wasn’t properly set up for four guests, as there weren’t enough towels provided. The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There are two sliding doors neither had locks, which makes privacy difficult. The air conditioning blew directly toward your face while lying on the bed, and the vents were too high to adjust. In addition, electric kettle, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was outstanding, making it a highlight of our stay.

Large guest room with nice , functional & high quality furnitures . High quality window covering. Bright lighting. Bright & clean bathroom. Very friendly & polite front desk officers ( 4 of them ).

The location is fantastic! Stepping out of the hotel and seeing the ocean every time was a delightful surprise. It's super convenient to Pike Place Market, Chinatown, and the subway station. However, I wouldn't recommend it for older guests, as the daily uphill and downhill walks can be quite tiring due to the steep inclines. Facilities: Quite old. Hygiene: Average. Environment: Decent, but try to avoid rooms facing Avenue 6 due to highway noise. Service: Alright. The hotel offers free standard Wi-Fi, but there's a charge for high-speed internet. When we asked about internet, the front desk just said it was available. After checking in, we were charged an extra $3 per night. We inquired about it and were told it would be refunded. Both on the second day and the last day, they assured us the refund was processed in their system, but it never came through. Thankfully, Trip.com helped us resolve the issue. This experience reinforced that choosing Trip.com for international travel is always the right decision.

Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!

When we went to stay there the pictures did not match online. The shower head attached to the wall was coming off and when asked what they could do about it (the shower head coming off the wall and the pictures not matching online) they didn't offer an alternative room and said they couldn't repair the shower head until after we leave because of how long the caulking takes to dry. The walls were painted white and was on the carpets as well. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from the nearest light rail station, which can be tiring, especially if you have luggage. On the upside, it's diagonally across from the Central Library, which is convenient. You can also walk to Pike Place Market, though it's still a bit of a trek. The room itself is small but charming and well-equipped. It even comes with an extra yoga mat and a large mirror. They offer a wine and pizza social hour at 5 PM, and coffee and hot tea are available until 11 AM. Overall, I recommend this IHG property in the city center.

The hotel is in a good location, across the road from the Seattle National Library. All attractions can be reached on foot. The rooms are decorated in a new and unique style, and they are very comfortable and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, I don't know how. There is an additional fee of $20 to the store.
