HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Nakajima Park Annex

The rooms are a bit small, but they are very comfortable, the bed is big, everything is very clean, if you want room service, they can do it every day, the truth is that it is very comfortable and accessible, maybe a bit far from the center, but it is a 20 minute walk to a tunnel of businesses and restaurants, we went every day to eat and see shops, I recommend it 100%.
HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Susukino

Susukino
Small room, 1 block from the Snow Festival's Susukino Ice Sculptures We stayed here for 7 nights during the Sapporo Snow Festival. Our GPS didn't work very well so it took a while to get to our hotel. It's about 6 blocks from the subway exit. Best to know the way to get there beforehand but there are many exits from the subway which can get confusing. The hotel itself is modern. The rooms are very small. No closet so if you have a lot of luggage, this could be a problem. Next to the bed is a tiny table and chair/stool. Complimentary tea. The best amenity is that it has a public washer and dryer for your laundry on the 6th floor. When traveling, this is a gold standard. It cost 300 yen for the washer and 100 yen for the dryer. I had to cycle the dryer a few times but still very reasonable for the convenience. The laundry room also has vending machines for hot and cold drinks and a microwave. Their restaurant offers a simple buffet for breakfast for 1000 yen. English is limited. As far as location, if you are planning on going to the Snow Festival, I would recommend booking a hotel early (almost a year ahead) so you can stay closer to Odori train station. While you can walk from the Susukino to Odori subway station underground (or take the train), it can get tiresome by the end of the day especially walking through the snow once you get to the festival. The plus side of staying in Susukino is that the subway is close so you can get to most attractions around Sapporo with subway and a bus ride/walking the rest of the way. The ice sculptures which are part of the snow festival are located nearby this hotel.
HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Station

Very easy access from Sapporo station, only 3 blocks in the North. Very good price even in the busy season. It is a very good business hotel for what they are. I could also go to places around the station for needs. 10/10
HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Aspen
4.4/5446 Reviews
The hotel is a short walk from Sapporo station. Even in the winter when the roads are snowy, the hotel is easy to walk to and there's a convenience store just half a block away. I stayed here two nights with my wife and two-year old daughter. Check-in process was very standard and I had no complaints. Room was quite comfortable to be in and didn't feel stuffy at all. We didn't make use of any of the facilities nor did we have breakfast there but our overall experience there was A+. There are a couple of restaurants in the front and they seemed to be pretty popular with locals and tourists alike, being pretty much at full capacity every night I was there. The food looked pretty good too. There is a little shop in the lobby that sells a lot of stuff catered to tourists, which was appreciated as it was convenient to buy some snacks and goodies before our trip to the next city.
HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Sapporo Park
4.2/5159 Reviews
My wife and I checked in the hotel from 10-14 July 2024. Upon check-in, we were attended by a female counter staff. After checking both my wife and my passport, she mentioned that the room was booked for 4 nights for only 1 person and that I’ll have to pay ¥1,500 additional for each night that my wife stays with me. That added up to ¥6,000 which I felt was totally unnecessary because there was no additional costs incurred regardless my wife is staying with me in the room or not. I tried to speak rationally to the staff attending to me but due to some Japanese rules, she frowned and insisted that I’ve to pay for the ¥6,000 which I have no choice but to pay up. After paying the ¥6,000 we went up to room 705 and realized that the carpet in the room was so old and dirty with stains all over, especially along the main passageway. The bathtub is the only location we can take our shower in and it creaks whenever we step inside, sounding like it’s gonna break apart anytime. The water temperature was also irregular. Though this hotel is conveniently located just minutes walk away from Takajima-Koen Station, we doubt we’ll ever stay back at the hotel ever again. A negative impression has been created since the moment we checked into the hotel and nothing has changed throughout our stay there.
HOTEL MYSTAYS Sapporo Nakajima Park
4.3/5254 Reviews
The room was simple but clean and quiet, the breakfast was buffet style and delicious and comfortable stay. It faces Nakajima Park across the street and is also suitable for walking around Nakajima Park in the morning. The location of the hotel is the nearest station of Horohirabashi Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Nanboku Line, about 5 walk from the station, and the transportation is convenient. The chain of this hotel has a long-established inn in Hokkaido such as ”Hotel Nord” and ”Hakodate International Hotel”, and it was polite to respond to the employees, probably because of the influence.
