It is convenient to access from New Chitose Airport, 3 minutes walk from Susukino bus stop, and 3 minutes from the nearest subway Toyosui Susukino station. Previously, super hotels had an inorganic and cheap image, but recently, the service has improved with the catch phrase ”LOHAS Hotel”, and the cost performance is good and the satisfaction is high no matter which store is used. This time, because it is the GoTo campaign period, despite the extremely low price that it comes with a regional coupon for less than 3,000 yen per night, not to mention breakfast, There are several 10 kinds of welcome drink services including alcohol, and it is a self-service style, so it is 々 and glass (infectious disease control is perfect, and it is actually a disposable disposable cup). OK. The room has a charging plug that supports all mobile phones and a mini sofa that is not seen in a business hotel so much, so you can spend a really comfortable time. In addition, breakfast is served with a lot of healthy salad and vegetable banzai as well as carbohydrates and sausages *. I didn't have time this time and I couldn't enter the natural hot spring, but I would like to stay if I have another chance.

Great location and near train station and several shops and restaurants. Modern and nice hotel. Has a restaurant at the 2nd floor where check-in area is also located. Check in and check out were fast. Hotel staffs were generally friendly and accommodating. Left my jacket in the room and came back for it and got it. Downside: No daily cleaning of room but you can request for supplies like water and toiletries and new towels. We also requested for a late check-out but staff on duty was not very friendly and turned down my request even after explaining my side (we woke up late) and despite staying and paying for 5 days. It’s good someone who looks more senior staff heard me and allowed us to check-out 30 min later than usual check-out of 11am. Thank you The Knot Sapporo!

This hotel has that vintage vibe. The lobby seating is not the typical office/business feel. There is a free Onsen offered to guests on the 7th floor if I’m not mistaken. There’s tea and hotel necessities guests can get near the elevator. Hotel staff can speak and understand basic english. There is a train station just outside the hotel. This is also near some of the attractions in Sapporo - clock tower, tv tower, the factory mall etc

Location is good within susukino area, less than 3 mins walk to the susukino station. Plenty of entertainment, shopping and food options within walking distance. As an IHG Diamond member, i chose the free breakfast option upon check in. Unlike my previous IHG stays (Crowne Plaza Athens in Nov 2022 and Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury in Dec 2022) where the counter staff thanked me for being a Diamond member, this did not happen here. Perhaps it is not in their culture to do so, though overall the Japanese are polite. The breakfast has a decent spread of choices and the quality is fairly good. There is a live egg station where you have choices on the type of eggs. Room size is fairly small (normal by japanese standards) but clean and well equipped. We were given room 802 on the 8th floor which has a decent sized window overlooking the streets and carpark below.

The location is excellent. About 30 meters to the right of the gate is the bus station to New Chitose Airport (you can buy tickets 1100 yen in advance at the front desk). Because in the downtown area, there are many restaurants at the door, and the Tanukikoji is also five minutes away. Even at night, some people will be drunk and noisy. and! There is always a dead face at the front desk! English was barely touched, and no one could speak Chinese. It is a bit like home in China, but it ’s clean, such as small. Many older Japanese people choose it because it ’s cheap and also serves breakfast. Although it is not rich, rice balls and bread can fill up your stomach.

More English speaking staff in this hotel. Good buffet breakfast spread, free for kids under 12. We got scammed by a taxi driver, and the hotel staff tried to call the taxi company and wrote a letter to update us. Although it was unresolved, at least they tried. Close to shopping, snow festival sights, food etc. 1 coin operated guest laundry on every floor.
