Wonderful stay, rooms are modernized and up to date. Plenty of vibrant, exciting nightlife nearby for those who are into socializing and drinking. Those who like peace and quiet, this is not the location for you-as it is within steps of the party 🎉🎉🎉. Obrigado por todo!

Poor experience

Great for hookups

Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor. Finishing is on the cheap side but new and clean. The NOISE though on Fri n Satsis just unbearable till 1am for the front rooms, so plan accordingly. Not really a smartApe, as though I filled out admission forms in advance with uploaded doc/selfie, still had to go through a length and tedious checkin process having to answer all these questions present docs again so why bother with the pre-checkin?! Dumb, definitely not smart.

I had some problems with check in but in the end everything went well. Communication with staff is a bit limited and I got the feeling they were lost with the bookings. Overall, the experience was good.

No internet, no mirror in bathroom, the door didn't lock (the lock stopped working), rude personal. Had to leave the hotel

the inn and the apar**ent itself are great, but the location is terrible, especially if you go on a weekend, the inn is right on the street of university bars close to mackenzie, if your intention is to settle down to rest, look for another unit of theirs or even another hotel.

Good location. When I arrived I was apprehensive, but everything went smoothly. I took the subway during the day and Uber at night. Comfortable bed, excellent shower. Cool ground floor convenience. Terrible service, they don't care about you at all, not even good morning lol. But it was worth it. I recommend and would stay again.

Very well located, close to the metro. There are many shops and services around. The accommodation is good, comfortable. The beds were good and the mattresses were of good quality. The pillows were - as in almost all hotels - very soft. That's why I always take mine. There was a broken chair at the table, but the remaining three were enough for us. Well equipped room, with air conditioning and kitchen utensils, as well as a microwave and induction cooktop, but there was no pan. What left something to be desired was the cleanliness. They need to take care of this more carefully.

It was a peaceful stay, because I stayed in the back room of the building, with lots of bars and noise at the front. Overall it was pleasant.

Comfortable and clean room, but what left something to be desired was the failure in communication regarding the garage and prices for it, as the value informed was changed at New Year's Eve and not informed. Only when we arrived at the hotel and asked were we told about the increase. As well as the number of parking spaces that were insufficient for the number of guests with vehicles. Which for me was a determining factor in choosing the hotel. If I had known about this limitation, I might have chosen another hotel.
