We stayed there several times and nothing but praise. The location is perfect, the rooms spacious and the breakfast excellent.

Disappointing 2nd stay at the hotel. When I checked in I was told the room had been refurbished but it was not ready. Wifi was installed later that day, I had issues with the key cards and the power kept tripping.
I saw they undercharged me so I pointed it out. Rather than thank me they the check-in staff seemed irritated.

Great place to stay in Santiago -- first to note was the outstanding front desk staff -- they spoke English fluently they were friendly and offered great advice on local restaurants attractions and safety.
You really need to be safety alert in Santiago I had direct experience with attempted pick pockets -- they stole my decoy wallet too bad for them.
I would for sure recommend and stay again at this property.

This is a very nice hotel and they have a great breakfast buffet in the morning. The hotel is centrally located near embassies and a main avenue. The staff is very helpful.
