Heater was on so the room was hot but a quick phone to the desk and a repair man came right up and fixed it. Really great breakfast in the morning!!!

Was put in a room and the AC broke down they were quick to change rooms area is nice wish they had more parking spots and elevators over it was a nice stay

Very good accommodation experience, facilities and services are good, breakfast lacks some vegetables, other categories are very rich. The parking lot is large, but you need to pay.

Nice, clean, and spacious rooms.
Breakfast ends really early at 9am.
Hotel is very serious about their check out time at 11am and no wiggle room. 30 min late is a $50 fee and additional fees after 12pm

We really enjoyed staying here with our kids. The breakfast was unique in the way they have a place you can ask for omelets and your choice of eggs. Complemntary 2 drinks during happy hour from 5 to 6:30 bar tender was great. Friendly staff.

Had to go to either the 7th or 9th floor each day for ice. Extra blanket requested was shabby, torn. Used glasses not replaced each day. Breakfast are wasn’t kept clean. Often times there were no coffee cups, ran out of juice that I preferred. Ceiling leaking badly from storm, floor very wet, notified staff, no immediate action taken, this posed a dangerous fall risk. Wanted to leave tip for housekeepers for cleaning my room, clerk refused to accept gratuity on their behalf stating that they couldn’t accept any money, I thought this was very strange. Check in folks were very friendly and accommodating. The bar tender was very nice. The snacks during happy hour could have been nicer.
