Friendly Staff. Clean rooms and linen. Old saggy mattresses with springs making them lumpy. Fridge . Poor A/C which means opening the patio door for cooler air. This let in mosquitos and unfortunately 20 bites were the result. Hot shower but no shower curtain. Balcony overlooking the beach. Elevator. Breakfast with cereal, pastries, cheese and meat slices, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice and coffee. Pool

We stayed at Hotel Kennedy and thoroughly enjoyed it . Rooms are spacious. Swimming pool is warm and long enough for swimming. Location is close to shops bar and restaurants. Enjoyed also Taormina and Savoca. Quiet to sleep at night. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will be back.

Just spent 5 days here on a coach tour from England.The hotel was made aware of my dietary requirements I am coeliac do need glutenfree food. This is a hotel where this does not happen. Coeliac is an autoimmune problem and needs care to ensure no gluten is eaten. At the hotel despite being aware I was given a dish of veg soup with added pasta. When I mentioned it the waiter chose to strain the pasta out snd give me the soup, which y then had become contaminated. Was never told that pasta given was glutenfree, and despite management attempting to sort the situation out problems occurred throughout the visit. Staff were so uncooperative all the time.

Personale gentilissimo, soprattutto Amedeo che ha dimostrato di essere gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.... servizio ottimo tornerò sicuramente, camere ottime cibo ottimo e ottima vista mare per la perfetta vacanza in Sicilia, 5 stelle!

sono in gita con la mia scuola, l’hotel si è presentato molto bene sin da subito. Servizi ottimi, camere pulite e spaziose con un ampio balcone ognuna. Cibo ottimo.Il personale è molto professionale e gentile, sempre disponibili e puntuali ad ogni nostra richiesta. Amedeo, il caposala, soprattutto è stato sempre gentilissimo e cordiale verso di noi. Sono un docente accompagnatore che ha pernottato presso l'Hotel Kennedy per 4 notti con i ragazzi in gita, e l'esperienza è stata sicuramente positiva. Sebbene la struttura possa non apparire modernissima, eventuali mancanze sono compensate da un personale che ha grande cura e attenzione nei confronti degli ospiti e dei ragazzi. Sia il personale alla reception che quello addetto al ristorante fa della gentilezza e di un sorriso la sua arma per cercare di offrire un soggiorno quanto più confortevole possibile a tutti. Nota di merito per il caposala Emilio, attentissimo alle esigenze dei ragazzi - ma anche dei prof. - pronto ad accontentarli in ogni modo e di grande simpatia e affabilità. Per il resto, la posizione della struttura, affacciata sul lungomare di Sant'Alessio Siculo, è meravigliosa. La zona nel mese di maggio forse è un po' desolata e priva di punti di attrazione, ma sono certo che durante la stagione estiva Sant'Alessio sia molto più movimentata e piacevole da visitare.

Mi trovavo in gita scolastica con dei miei amici e mi è caduto subito l'occhio sulla pessima location, il sorvegliante con i capelli lunghi ci ha minacciati alle 3 di notte con annesse bestemmie e grida in dialetto siculo, sconsiglio vivamente.
