The location is located at the center of Old San Juan. In front of Marmalade, one of the highly rated restaurants. Have 2 rooftops. Wish there are pools but its in old san juan so its hard to have that lol. but their rooftop is nice. Bar was not open tho. Maybe because it is off season. There is a 24 hour front desk which is good. Staffs are nice. I actually never had a complain.

The hotel is in the perfect location in Old San Juan. The rooms are clean and a perfect retreat after a long day exploring the city! Don’t miss the two roof terraces for some amazing views.

The location of the hotel is very good, it is very convenient to go anywhere, there are many famous restaurants around, but the room is too small, there is no window, the toilet extractor is too noisy, and the sanitation environment is average

The hotel is in the old town, and it is very convenient for traveling to the castle. The attitude of the front desk is good. The hotel is very old, the room smells bad, there are bugs, the bathroom is simple, if you care, it is not recommended to stay.

It was FREEZING in our room and we had no way to contact the front desk to find out how to adjust the thermostat or ask for a blanket. We were already in bed and there was no phone in our room. It was so cold, the floor was wet. Additionally, the AC unit had a light on it, way up in the air that left the room illuminated like daytime.

Loved the room. It was small to be sure, but it was comfortable and clean and had its own quirky charm. For the price, in old town San Juan, it was the perfect place.
I’m unsure if they had a place to eat. We went down the street where there’s dozens of restaurants of every sort. What I loved about the restaurants nearby is there are no chains. Just block after block of mom and pop eateries ranging from true working class fare to almost fine dining.
I certainly will check Hotel Casablanca the next time I go to San Juan. They’ll be my first pick.

It was in a great location. We only stayed one night before our cruise. The room was fine, the bed was very comfortable! Not many outlets to charge phones.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room flooded in the morning after showers, beyond the bathroom until the room itself. The rest of our stay was great!
