This was a wonderful choice for our visit to the Camargue. It's close enough to town to have quick access to restaurants, shops and beaches, and an easy jumping off point for Aigues Morte or Arles; however, it's beautifully isolated in the natural beauty of the region. We stayed in one of their gypsy caravans, right on the edge of the water, and woke up to our own "private ducks" swimming to our front door. The caravan is small, and for older folks like us climbing into and out of the bed can be a challenge, but it's one well worth taking. The caravan was unique and charming, but so well appointed - the clawfoot bathtub was a wonderful relaxation after a morning run. The staff could not be more welcoming or informative. We wish we'd had more time to use the spa and the pool - next time!
