Though my late arrival failed, the accommodation was very practical in an excellent location with all in reach in the neighborhood. I was on a business trip and had also time to spend in my hotel room, wich I found quite pleasant.

Très bien! Qualité/prix : bonne adresse!!! Petit déjeuner simple mais l'essentiel est proposé ! Viennoiserie,pain,yaourth, boissons chaude ou froide.. pour un prix plus que correct. Clients réguliers depuis des années, nous sommes satisfaits. Cet établissement est propre, bien situé ( à proximité de l'autoroute, des commerces et restaurants et de St etienne), personnel accueillant. Adresse à retenir Qualité/prix c'est très bien !! Je recommande ! Petite parenthèse sur le ménage qui souvent est très bien, mais un écart de vigilance sur un des derniers séjours. (Signalement effectué en réception) ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ L'hôtel situé juste à côté, de classe supérieure est très bien également. De standing et de prix supérieur, les deux hôtels ont leurs catégories et leurs clientèles. Les deux sont très bien sur leur catégorie respectives! 🙂

We have been a great family stay at the hotel, and the comfort of the bed and the room has provided restful nights for everyone. Kelly, the receptionist, has shown itself not only professionally but also incredibly sympathetic to our family. A great thankfulness to the person who has taken care of confirmation of the reservation and who has carefully checked the extra bed for our 3-year-old son. We had booked this hotel via an online reservation site (hotel com) with the criterion: AIR CONDITIONING, essential for us during this period of high heat. The photos of the room we had (junior suite) are misleading, because the renovation is of the ”DIY” type and already many small damages have not been repaired. In short, we do not recommend this hotel, both for the quality of the rooms (at least the junior suite) and for the lack of consideration towards customers.
