We went with the imserso from February 8 to 15, as a few days before they changed us from a 4-star to a three-star one, which on top of that the comments made it worse, we were afraid of what we were going to get and we met wonderful people starting from the reception, Consandra, Alejandro and Luisa, who gave us room 524, a room that did not have a shower tray, which, due to my physical conditions, is urgent because I cannot get in and hold myself in the bathtub. We went down to the reception and with all the kindness they moved it to wing 104, which already had a shower tray. Because it was renovated, the hotel is old and it really needs a general renovation, but otherwise the rooms are beautiful with plenty of closets, very comfortable beds to sleep in, and above all, you can see the cleaning every day and what What we missed was a small terrace or balcony. There were 2 elevators that worked wonderfully and what I value most apart from the cleanliness is that there were no barriers. For troublemakers like me, it is necessary in the restaurant to highlight, above all, the cleanliness with which they served the restaurant. buffet and the tables, the food, seeing what we paid, there was somewhere to eat, although they prepared more for younger people, but for example, I liked the paella they cooked and it was quickly emptied and I ate the delicious Valencian oranges in the cafeteria every day.
