Family members, people who go to bed in the early morning to fall asleep, but are asked to change rooms "because of hotel reasons" to sleep well, what kind of mood is it, you can imagine it yourself! As a result, I didn't lie down until almost two o'clock, but after such a night of tossing, I couldn't fall asleep normally at all! It wasn't until more than three o'clock in the morning that I finally felt a little sleepy, but I had to get up early to go to the scenic spot today, so I was seriously sleep deprived! How hard it is for you to imagine it! I had no choice but to complain to Ctrip customer service in the morning. After communication, the hotel actually felt that "changing the room" was already a solution to the problem! From the beginning to the end, the hotel had "active negligence" in both software and hardware facilities, and we, as hotel customers, had to "passively accept and bear the consequences"!
