Si vas en familia, no lo recomiendo ya que es baño compartido y los lugares turisticos estan lejos, pero si vas en plan con amigos esta bastante bien Ofrecen como un plus balcon y vistas a la ciudad, pero esas son las vistas que ofrecen realmente

A depressing and badly maintained place, rude staff who don't speak Italian. I gave a time to check in and then I had to wait more than half an hour outside! Dirty shared bathroom! Out of three rooms two televisions are not working! To forget!!! The radiators go off early and the night is very cold! Noisy, old, dirty, broken window glass! It's terrible!

I don't recommend it to anyone, unless you are looking for something below a hostel. It is not a B&B, nor a suite. It is a shared house with the other guests; common spaces (including bathroom) and there is no balcony. After 8pm you pay an additional fee of €10, after 9pm it increases to €20 for check-in only. The room is bare and unkempt. Check-out is mandatory at 10 otherwise the attendant, if you are late for a few minutes, will start knocking insistently on the door. Poor knowledge of the Italian language.

I book a room for three people, on our arrival a bed is missing which is brought to us after a few hours and there are stains on the blanket. The "city view" room overlooks the internal courtyard of the building and the window sill is full of cigarette butts. Dogs barking next door. The shared bathroom is dirty. The only light in the room is that of the ceiling lamp, there are no lampshades and the floor lamp has no bulbs. I try to turn on the television and the remote control has no batteries. Up to here everything is tolerable given the negligible cost of the stay. What is not tolerable is that at 10 in the morning (check out communicated by the structure at 12.00) the cleaner knocks on the door and ENTERS THE ROOM WITHOUT PERMISSION and starts yelling that we have to leave immediately. He doesn't hear reasons to go out, not even our having to take off our pajamas and pretends not to speak Italian, we manage to get him out only by making him contact his boss who refuses to speak to us. No one apologizes for what happened.
