The title says it all! Without any excuse I was informed by email and not by phone that I had to pick up my things because there was a problem with the room. When I got there I was told that they packed all my things in the presence of the police and that the police would close the hotel. All those staying in the other rooms were also moved. The worst for a first time visit to Rome. If the hotel ever reopens, consider booking. Also my original booking included breakfast which was a small croissant, a small juice and a few toasts with jam, usually a complete travesty. In the end, they moved me to another hotel with a paid taxi. The rest is up to you.

Per il resto la stanza è stata deludente, la manutenzione è praticamente 0, i muri pieni di macchie e segni, macchie probabilmente di umidità. Gli angoli della doccia sono sporchi e neri. Sincèrement passez votre chemin hôtel bien placé c’est tout d’autres à proximité direct bien mieux en terme de service client, petit déjeuner et hygiène des chambres : -le petit déjeuner: facturé en moyenne 15€ environ par personne , attendez-vous à des croissants et biscottes industriels, pas de beurre confitures et pâte à tartiner industriels, jus sans saveur hyper sucrées dans brique industriels le tout dans des boites parfois recyclées si le client précédent n’a pas tout manger !! Pourtant à proximité il y a des produits locaux pas cher et les propriétaires aurait pu proposer un petit panier petit déjeuner plutôt que ces barquettes industrielles, mais les propriétaires vous disent c’est les règles sanitaires Covid 19 et recommandations qui nous obligent à proposer des boites , excuses bidons un panier composé avec plus de soins et produits de qualités ne propage pas le virus hein ?? Quelle mauvaise fois et beaucoup de clients s’en plaignaient certains ont même demandé le remboursement du petit déjeuner et plus personne à l’horizon ils se défilent en plus… -la chambre/sdb: des meubles cassés, murs sales, salle de bain avec coins dégoûtants 🤮 bref hôtel en perte de vitesse et pas entretenu vraisemblablement (meuble cassé, pas d’entretien …) . Pas de bouilloire à notre arrivée comme promis nous avons dû la réclamer, machine à expression sans réservoir pour récupérer capsules utilisées et capsules utilisées dans la machine à notre arrivée mais les propriétaires soutiennent que la chambre est contrôlée je cite 2/3 fois avant l’arrivée du client 🤣 Si vous occupez la chambre 101 (deluxe apparemment 👎🏽) attendez vous a ne pas faire une petites grâce matinée éclats de voix des 7h du matin, chambre direct sur Entree hôtel des portes qui claquent jour/nuit, et réserve linge hôtel collé à la chambre aucune discrétion du personnel… et la vue de la chambre sur un mur terracotta avec dans une cours plein de Clim qui tournent à plein régime , bruits sonores ++++ -relation client: avant le Check in et encaissement de la chambre propriétaires disponibles aucun soucis après plus de réponses nous avons envoyé un message aux propriétaires dès le début de notre séjour pour notifier notre mécontentement et pas de réponses. Le seul moment où ils ont répondu c’est après notre mauvais commentaire via le site de réservation pour se justifier lamentablement pire nous insulter de personne irrespectueuse et nous envoyer des photos des poubelles qu’ils avaient récupéré dans la chambre du jamais vu ….Les propriétaires ont été désagréables par message privée cela est choquant !!! Bref passez votre chemin sincèrement il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs et très bien placé JE NE RECOMMANDE PAS CETTE HÔTEL de la honte fuyez et gardez votre argent pour mieux

Ottima posizione, nel cuore di Roma, personale gentile. Per un buon rapporto qualità prezzo c'è ancora da migliorare, in bagno per esempio mancavano le cuffie per non bagnarsi i capelli. Inoltre la colazione confezionata in camera non è pensabile con due bar pasticceria proprio sotto le finestre. Suggerimento ... una convenzione con un dei numerosi bar del centro farebbero la differenza.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti : la posizione è strategica, il personale gentilissimo e molto attento alle esigenze della clientela , la stanza molto ben insonorizzata , letto comodo , set di cortesia in bagno eccellente. Acqua minerale gratuita come anche l'utilizzo delle cialde di caffè. L'unico piccolo neo è la colazione che viene fatta trovare in camera preconfezionata.
