Hotel Ilha Branca Inn

The hotel is not as extraordinary as they mention, the rooms have defects, the air conditioning unit is super old, it does not cool and sleeps too much, the doors do not close properly, the mattresses are sagging. Breakfast is basic, the same thing every day, for example the egg is always cold. Nobody indicates that the hotel is full of stairs so you have to go up and down with your suitcases. Overall bad experience.

The hotel itself is nice, it has its charm. Many stairs and it is a maze type. But we were very dissatisfied with the attention of the hotel staff, except for one receptionist. The rest were super rude and didn't even greet you. Breakfast was good, quite varied. The only good thing is the location, which is approximately 1 and a half blocks from the sea.

I stayed from 01/08 to 01/10. The hotel is very difficult to navigate, with huge stairs. I was allocated a room almost 50 meters from reception, with no windows in the bathroom, no balcony and an intense smell of fresh paint. The pool is old and they only serve snacks until 7pm. If you want lunch or dinner you have to leave the hotel. Breakfast is desirable for a daily rate of R$ 1244.00. I pay for that at an All Inclusive. I stayed from 06/01 to 08/01 at the Hotel Pousada Experiencie, for half the price, and for 1000 at Ilha Branca Inn. I'll never go back!

I just arrived and we couldn't have had worse trea**ent. Never in 15 years working in tourism have I had such bad attention at the reception. They placed us at the back of the complex where a laundry should have been. It looks like an internal cabin on a cruise ship with no air, no closets, nothing, just 2 beds when I requested 2 times that we wanted 3 since we came for 10 days. Absolute mistrea**ent at the reception. The stairs are eternally steep and impossible for people who, in my case, are not physically fit. One of the girls had an accident yesterday and her foot is bad and she can't walk. They didn't offer her any alternative or way to get there other than walking, a nigh**are. We have only one. key for 3 There are no closets and we have to leave the clothes in the suitcases for the 10 days. There are none. Just look at the photos they show, in fact, they are new and instead of being proud to show them, they hide them because they are very in the background on the basketball court. I have never experienced anything like it and even less so that they have no interest in being able to please a little more The passengers who, in theory, would stay for 10 nights and we already want to leave. I'm waiting for the manager to give us his opinion tomorrow because this is unpresentable. With two piles of dirty sheets and towels at the entrance to the room and looking like a loaded person, he tells me, I don't know, worry. Tomorrow we will change them (to 85, that is, to the one next door). Everything seems like a hidden camera by Marcelo Tinelli. So far there is nothing but nothing good to rescue. It is an absolute disappoin**ent in a vacation that has not yet started.

Very good. The facilities are great and the cleanliness is excellent. Very nice swimming pool with an excellent view. The room was very comfortable and very large, but we missed an armchair or a 2-seater sofa. Considering the space, it would behave very well. As for the breakfast, it was complete, but some care was needed regarding the temperature of hot food and storage. Another point of attention is the stairs. The suites are distributed along the hotel's hillside and, although they provide an incredible view, they also require a certain effort to climb the stairs of more than 100 steps. We also used the thermal pool, which is very good, but it only opens at 2pm, which makes it difficult to use on cloudy days.

Excellent service, good breakfast, good cleanliness and location (a few meters from beautiful beaches: Joao Fernandez and Azeda. Fact: they charge for hot water! (for the thermos of Argentine mate)...it doesn't matter! In other hotels and inns that doesn't happen Come on! Another fact: March is a great month to come (it didn't rain a single day)!

everything clean, shining, a big pillow and a new lower one, excellent mattress, bathrooms get a little wet but with two windows it dries very quickly, very friendly people, everyone greets and always willing to help, THE BEST is the location 100 meters from J Fernandes beach, next to a minimarket and ice cream parlor, and an exchange house, terrace in the sun with clothesline, excellent breakfast, both top pools, minibar available, easy check in and out, it couldn't be better, I can't imagine that the lacking, EXCELLENT

In recent years the price has only gone up and the hotel has delivered less and less. Until it gets to a point where you never want to go back. Cockroaches and centipedes in the cracks, bad smell in the room, clogged shower drain and flooding with no one to fix it (not even use a cloth to dry it), breakfast was varied but with poor quality products (that cheese and that ham are not enough) In short, all that was left was the courtesy and kindness of the staff. Almost 700 reais per night, my friends. My advice: avoid.
