Hotel location is good. Service is expected to be better. Reception is not very much responding . Also no kitchen service available though there are plenty restaurants in the neighbourhood. Overall ok to stay for short trip.

It is really a dumpster. The guy at the front desk was rude and not even welcoming. They took my pictutes on their personal phone saying that it is a government regulation. I had to do tons of paper work to check in. I stayed at 3 other hotels in tamil nadu during the same trip and non of them asked for this kind of documents and personal details. The add on hotel booking websites say that they have roof top restaurent. It is a big flat lie. The bathroom in our room was smelling. I checked out immediately within 2 hours. only one good thing about this place was the cleaning lady she was old but very kind. Sorry i forgot her name. Also sorry for being so negative. I have travelled around the world this was my worst experience. Trying to safe some one like me who reads reviews before booking.

What ever you see on pictures nothing is there.so run-down. So rude staff front desk. Some of them ok. No restaurant on rooftop. Need up dates the website. Not happy what i see

Over all the stay was OK.. Bathroom taps are rested and to be replaced. Staff especially at check-in point was very good

We booked Non AC room for 29/03/2025.My booking was 1200 noon to 1100AM next day, we arrived at night 1100 Hrs, we got room after room verbal arguments as manager wants to take dinner (When we arrived at hotel he was not stared) He told I will take dinner and allot the room, as other persons where not there except room service boy. We were tired and want to take restand get up early morning.After requesting we alloted room.Room is good and I was asked to pay Rs 500 extra for On line booking Non AC room.Rs 800 for AC room.Letter is sticked on wall with this information.While check out he not asked any extra amount.
