The customer service was over and above! We had a few missteps checking in but the staff did an excellent job making us feel valued and resolving each issue efficiently and with a smile!

Upon arrival at the hotel, we encountered a minor inconvenience with our originally booked room, which was promptly brought to the attention of the concierge.
The concierge, Franayre, exemplified exceptional professionalism and hospitality. She listened attentively to our concerns and immediately took action to remedy the situation. Despite the hotel being fully booked, Franayre graciously offered us an upgrade to a suite, which exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I loved the decor of the lobby & the rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

This is not like other Graduate hotels. My room was run down, with stains on the wall, headrest, lampshade etc. The lobby/main area has clearly received a face lift but the rooms are dated and dirty.

Had a short-stay for school. Quiet and safe area. Main streets are walkable. Would stay here again.

The location was great. The hotel staff were excellent and very friendly. The room was spacious, and tidy, with nice windows and views. The only thing I didn't like was that there was no in-room recycling. I asked housekeeping if there was recycling and she said, no.

Great stay and room. Valet parking is really expensive even with the credit and fills up…which they don’t tell you. Parking a block away at overnight parking lot is cheaper. Upon check-in the staff wasn’t very warm and welcoming. The check-in attendant basically handed us keys and a paper without ever telling my room number. When I asked our room number he said “it’s on the key envelope”
