Only stayed one night and there was a large group there.
This large group took over the whole place.
In the TV area where the lounge was filled with loud adults and kids.
We headed to our room about 8:30 that evening after going out to have a quieter time.
The kids were knocking on the door as they were running up and down the hall way, yes, the parents didn't stop them.
I thought surely this will calm down by 12 midnight.
Well I was wrong, this when on until 3:09AM in the hallway people running talking while going up and down the hallway. Then the groups out side in front of the hotel talking loud..
It was so loud you thought it was in the room. We left the TV on to see if that helped, it didn't.
The front desk should have done something to stop this behavior.
I was a paying guest also.
Very disappointed.
I told the young guy who checked me out and he said they had had trouble with them all week.
So I had to pay $ 200.00 to stay there and not sleep. The front desk should have stopped the group from disturbing the other guest.
I was very upset and very tried there next morning.
I all I got was I am sorry, they are leaving today.

Excellent stay at this hotel. Facilities are excellent and service was very good. The hotel is located in a very nice area with several dining options within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.

I liked the good condition of this hotel (no run-down features, everything worked well)
Minor problems: breakfast was less than essential, no fruits and the mini omelets were overcooked and salty.
Room: Everything was good and clean except the bedsheet, which had some stains that looked like grease that had not been removed in the wash. The stains were atop the bedsheet, right where the sheet came to cover my neck, so I did not like that and at 11 pm I had to go to the reception to get a fresh bedsheet. It looks like the maid who had prepared the bed had not noticed that the top bedsheet came from the laundry with these stains.

The front desk reception lied to me about an early check in. There was mold in the toliet bowl. The tv wasn't even programed.
I dont think I will go to Hampton Inn again.

The bathroom was obviously repaired a few times, but badly. A broken ledge in the shower, water stains on the ceiling, and the toilet paper was dramatically crooked! The room was clean except for nail clippings on the floor right beside the bed. The ice machine on my floor was out of order. But all of these small things didn't greatly impact our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I won't hesitate to visit again!

Overall a comfortable stay. But, definitely did not deserve a 9 rating. Ice machines broken on floor 2 and 3. Minimal breakfast selections. No bottle water available unless requested. Excellent staff.
