Very comfortable hotel, I have stayed twice, not far from the attractions, there are a lot of parking spaces, free from 6 pm to 9 tomorrow, breakfast is good, suitable for Chinese stomach, very new and hygienic, young lady at the front desk warm !! Not bad!

The experience in this hotel for the last 2 days was made remarkable by front desk receptionist, Farooq, whom without hesitation and perfect can-do attitude helped me recover my misplaced cell phone with the Bus Tour Iceland company who just dropped us off. It is people like Farooq that ensure great travel experiences can remain as such. I recommend this hotel because its staff that truly care for their guests.
Bus Hostel Reykjavik - Reykjavik Terminal

This hostel has a practical and functional location only. The only reason to stay here is for it’s convenient pickup and drop off stop for tours and the airport. The room was a 4 bed dorm and was stark. Located opposite the kitchen and above the main entrance meant it was quite noisy too. The bunks are very, very basic. There aren’t charging points at each bed in this particular dorm (3) and the blanket provided is a decorative throw. The cleaning left a lot to be desired. Regularly had to ask reception for hand soap in the toilet, paper towels and toilet paper. The Wi-Fi is non-existent and the reception staff are totally ambivalent; they are pleasant but absolutely no desire to help. Plausible deniability comes to mind. You only stay here for the location that allows you access to all that Iceland has to offer.

The hotel's front desk service is very good. The hotel rooms are also very quiet, which is rare in Iceland. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the old town. . . . . . . . .

First of all, the parking lot is convenient, close to the pier, 13 minutes walk to any capital attractions, and there are many dining options around. Second, the front desk staff are very good, the breakfast food is also good, the hotel rooms in the downtown area of Iceland are very small, this hotel is not small, and the bathroom has a heating towel rack, convenient for drying. Very nice hotel 👍
Hotel Klettur

The hotel is at the end of the pedestrian street, convenient to the attractions in the center of Reykjavik, and very close to the bus terminal, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room is big enough and comfortable, there is a lot of travel information in the hotel, the hotel's breakfast is good, and the luggage storage service is provided, and I will choose to stay here next time.
