I ordered 2 rooms with 2 queen beds and they sold one of my rooms that night so they had to give me one queen bed therefore my kids had to sleep in floor not cool

Our overnight stay was comfortable. Front desk & housekeeping were pleasant. I had booked 🚠but was told none were available upon check-in. Housekeeping was sent immediately to spray the room, she was very friendly & helpful. We weren't informed there was no water (due to maintenance) until we found out ourselves. Luckily it was restored by the time we went back to the room, close to midnight. Otherwise it would have definitely been a major issue. Rate was budget friendly & we would return

Check in time was 3:00, we arrived at about 5:00 and told our room would not be available for another hour. On our return a room was available but is was a smoking room that
reeked. After about 30 minutes they found a non smoking room - many of the lights were not working, floor was sticky, bathroom fan roared - cleaning staff was still here, well into the night. The gentlemen at the front desk was helpful but I'm sure he had been under a lot of stress since I was not the only guest that was told room check in had been delayed. The property needs a general deep cleaning and overhaul - my first and last stay at this hotel.
