Disappointing experience due to some confusing information about the food services. When i checked in at 6pm, I was told that the main restaurant was already closing and that I should order from room service. The instructions for room service were misleading and hard to follow because of new qr codes that were not properly connected to the hotel system. The phone next to the menu (and the bed) and menu card with instructions did not work. At one point, I went down to the lobby to ask for help. After three hours of trying to get food, i gave up and left the hotel to find a restaurant. As a result, I did not have enough time to use the pool, which was my main reason for checking into the hotel for the last day of my vacation to celebrate my birthday. Someone from the front desk tried to help, but I think there was a lot of confusion about the qr codes. I could leave more details, but I will just say that later that night I found other instructions about dialling 0 later in very small print. If it had been clearer, I would not have used the QR codes which were far bigger than the text about dialling 0. The bathroom was nice, but a bit worn down. The breakfast could be better. Definitely did not feel like a Westin experience.

Arrived at the hotel at about 10 pm on September 28. When I checked in, I was already drumming a lot. The pool table in the public space occupies a large part of the small space. There were about three men (age It seems that I chose to use this expression) I am playing in a fashionable hotel where the atmosphere is very general and not imaginative. The booked ”Single Noble Room” went up to the 2nd floor and it was abrupt. It was not fashionable and comfortable in the pictures on the Internet. The blinds and the phone in the room were so dirty that there was no fashion at all, and the air conditioner was very old. Old; the door of the room is thin and not soundproof. The sound of the bath in the room can be clearly heard when dragging the luggage to the room. It feels very unsafe for me as a single girl who comes to the store. Besides, the desktop of the room is not only the telephone and the remote control of the air conditioner. There are very purchaseable ”suits” and other things, which look very similar to those hourly rooms. What's more frightening is that the room has no signal at all, and the inability to make calls is different from whether there is an internet connection. In addition to the details described above, I stayed no more than 15 minutes from check-in to the room, and I couldn't stay at all. I checked out immediately even though I only stayed for 15 minutes, even if my room charge was deducted, I did not live and immediately reselected the hotel. A disappointing choice.
