The Location, cleanliness, and hygiene is very good. The hotel is very new and high-tech. You won’t be disappointed living here only if you can speak Chinese well, otherwise you will be disappointed at the front desk because they are like robots.
The front desk that they don’t really feel like they have service mind. This hotel should improve hospitality more.
We asked for something but we can’t understand and they still tried to speak and rap in Chinese and never showed service mind and tried to explain slowly. Also, when we ordered food outside, the traffic and the amount of food was a lot that day but the staff decided to use only robot and we had to grab that by ourselves for half an hour later. Other hotels services are much more decent than this one.

The room is large and spacious, comfortable and bright. The facilities in the room are intelligent, the service attitude is good, and the room is warm and friendly. The breakfast is nutritious and diverse. There are free oranges and juices in the lobby. It is a very pleasant stay!

The hotel is right next to the subway. It is very close. The room is clean and hygienic. I slept very well. The front desk service is very good. I asked for an extra pair of slippers and they were delivered quickly. I will stay here again next time I come to Qingdao~
