Thumbs up -I must say . Almost all staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the room cleaners is very friendly and helpful. Thumbs up again for the concierge staff as well . I specifically recommend this 海尔洲际酒店宾客关系部的 Ivy 王家旸 and one of the cleaning departments lady which I forget to get her name -(she is new trained - 2 month only ) date 11 jan . Room 1256 . She is very caring and helpful. I was rather upset with the morning breakfast staff - all is so unprofessional. Training shld be mandatory to all the staff . They will rather rude and no respect to guest . I do not wish to explain too much on my unpleasant experiences here .

Well, Crown Plaza is our usual our favorite hotel and also our first-choice hotel in Qingdao city and naturally chose the Crowne Plaza Qingdao again. The hotel hasn’t lost any of its avantgarde charm. Furthermore, the employees are still as professional and helpful as I remember them from the last time (this time I would like to mention Ms. Fanny from the front desk, hassel-free check in that was quick and we were given a free upgrade) . The rooms are spacious, and the amenities will cater to every whim. The convenient location is an added bonus, which doesn’t need to be mentioned separately as the hotel location which is near to five four squares.

Nice hotel and ok location close to the May 4th monument. Our room was not cleaned on the 1st night but they did bring clean towels straight away. At breakfast we were seated at a dirty table and the server was not happy when we ask it to be cleaned. The breakfast food was good and the bed was comfortable.

The room was upgraded to one with a window. It is on the first floor near the restaurant. The central air conditioning is very warm. I can hear the sound of the big water pipe in the bathroom at night. The restaurant is not big and does not offer many varieties. I took my children to Qingdao for a second trip. Since I only stayed for three days, I wanted to find a comfortable, sanitary, and leisurely homestay close to the sea, so I chose sea fishing and it was very leisurely just listening to the name. The lady boss is very enthusiastic, attentive, and diligent. The homestay is a remodeled from the seaside dwelling on the first floor. The walls in the public area of the homestay are the exhibition of the boss’s fishing achievements, as well as fishing equipment. There is a courtyard in front of the house, which runs through several rooms facing the sea. Across the yard is the sea dam, and one or two hundred meters along the dam can reach the Lover Dam. From the stone ladder of the dam, you can go down to the beach and catch the sea to play in the water. Take the kids to catch crabs every night. By the way, the close-up waves hit the roar of the reef and feel the power of the sea. It is also very close to the Olympic Sailing Center. Due to time, it is a bit regretful that I have not had time to take my children to experience sailing. Next time, take your children to stay for a few more days and experience the wit of leisurely life by the sea.
