多次入住，前台和樓層服務人員服務很好，（=゜ω゜）ノ，這次安排的房間貌似是上邊有公寓，10：30以後，感覺瘋狂有人在不間斷地拖椅子什麼的，一直延遲到很晚，第二次出現這種情況咯，樓層服務人員確認後，前台換房並升級處理，處理很及時。不過建議對這樣的房間有所標識，省得產生不良反應。

原訂高級大床房，實住標間，與前台商討換房也不換。標間空間小，廁所兩邊直接靠着玻璃，沖涼房非常小。洗手枱兩邊也非常小，沒有什麼空間。差評。以後不再入住這個酒店了。

設施：酒店開的時間久了，風格有一些年代感，但是維護的還可以。
衞生：各方面挺好，房間挺乾淨，明顯的是星級酒店的配置。
環境：酒店大堂很寬敞，有很多酒店自己品牌的特色食品，走的時候帶了幾包，也算是特產，口味不錯。
服務：前台服務態度很好，也很熱情
早餐：這個值得誇一下，早餐內容很豐富！蝦的個頭很大，超乎意料，酒店應該在當地餐飲界小有名氣，菜都挺好吃，最後都有點吃撐了。
特別好，很滿意！

시설은 조금 노후됬고 방에 창문이없어 조금 답답한 감은 있습니다. 하지만 청양내에선 어딜가도 가깝고 걸어다녀도 편한 위치에 있네요. 청소 하시는 직원분들이 오후엔 너무 크게 떠들고 시끄럽게 청소를해 시끄럽긴 하더라구요.
