Took the whole family to the city of Poulsbo before kids went back to school at the end of August. First, the city is very beautiful and close to ferry docks as we took both the Kingston ferry as well as the Bainbridge Island ferry. Poulsbo is right in between those ferry docks so we chose to stay in Poulsbo. We chose the Guesthouse Inn hotel for a 3 night stay and we couldn't be happier with our choice! Lobby was very warm and welcoming with a great looking fish tank which my kids LOVED every time we went by the lobby to look at all the colorful fishes. By far the FASTED internet in a hotel I've stayed and I travel quite a bit for work. It was so fast I had to test the speed and I got around 150 down and up, which is super fast for hotels with all the guests using many gadgets. Rooms were nicely furnished with many plug ins for all of our electronics. Very friendly staff with all workers saying hello and rooms we very very clean as my wife has a bit of OCD with cleanliness. No negative things to say for the hotel, keep up the great work and we'll be back to visit Poulsbo as it's like a smaller version of Leavenworth.

The room was nice, deck opens to the grounds and the water - fantastic view. The property includes fire pits, a large yard the extends to the Bay, a lounge (little food options when we were visiting due to staff shortages), a pool that looks out at the water - truly a hotel that you enjoy above and beyond your room. The staff was wonderful, especially those handling the continental breakfast which was diverse, healthy and well-stocked, including homemade waffles, granola, eggs with fresh salsa, etc. While Silverdale is lacking in activities, this hotel makes up for it.

Great stay and well-worth the cost! I came here on business and was so pleased to see that the hotel had a bar and limited food onsite. Even though my team did opt to walk to one of the many walking distance restaurants, we did have a couple drinks in the lounge, which was so convenient. The view from the rooms was magnificent, especially sunrise. Great access to well-lit walking/running paths! And close to shopping, grocery, highway, etc. Great stay!

The room was nice, deck opens to the grounds and the water - fantastic view. The property includes fire pits, a large yard the extends to the Bay, a lounge (little food options when we were visiting due to staff shortages), a pool that looks out at the water - truly a hotel that you enjoy above and beyond your room. The staff was wonderful, especially those handling the continental breakfast which was diverse, healthy and well-stocked, including homemade waffles, granola, eggs with fresh salsa, etc. While Silverdale is lacking in activities, this hotel makes up for it.

Great stay and well-worth the cost! I came here on business and was so pleased to see that the hotel had a bar and limited food onsite. Even though my team did opt to walk to one of the many walking distance restaurants, we did have a couple drinks in the lounge, which was so convenient. The view from the rooms was magnificent, especially sunrise. Great access to well-lit walking/running paths! And close to shopping, grocery, highway, etc. Great stay!

Took the whole family to the city of Poulsbo before kids went back to school at the end of August. First, the city is very beautiful and close to ferry docks as we took both the Kingston ferry as well as the Bainbridge Island ferry. Poulsbo is right in between those ferry docks so we chose to stay in Poulsbo. We chose the Guesthouse Inn hotel for a 3 night stay and we couldn't be happier with our choice! Lobby was very warm and welcoming with a great looking fish tank which my kids LOVED every time we went by the lobby to look at all the colorful fishes. By far the FASTED internet in a hotel I've stayed and I travel quite a bit for work. It was so fast I had to test the speed and I got around 150 down and up, which is super fast for hotels with all the guests using many gadgets. Rooms were nicely furnished with many plug ins for all of our electronics. Very friendly staff with all workers saying hello and rooms we very very clean as my wife has a bit of OCD with cleanliness. No negative things to say for the hotel, keep up the great work and we'll be back to visit Poulsbo as it's like a smaller version of Leavenworth.
