I have been in this hotel for many years in my pro travel and I have been happy to come back to it because the staff is innocent and the meals are suckle. I removed a little point, however, because before there was a bottle of water that was removed and on the courtesy plate there is lack of tisans and choice, and above all it is not renewed from day to day . Mini bemol well-natured but qd bemol even 😉

Having booked for dinner, bed and breakfast, and my booking was accepted by the hotel, I was staggered to be told on arrival that the restaurant was closed! By telephone, the manager told me that he had sent me a message about this on our day of arrival, but this message never arrived! Surely they knew some days earlier that they were not going to employ a chef; and it would have been polite to inform guests early that no dinner was available. I had booked this hotel specifically because it had a restaurant. On being let down like this, I immediately cancelled my future booking at the same hotel, and this cancellation was confirmed by the receptionist. Imagine my surprise when, 3 days before this future booking, I received a message telling me that they were ”looking forward to my coming visit”! I managed to cancel (for a second time), but this left me with serious doubts about the management of this hotel. I do not trust them, and will never be booking here again.

One night in this hotel with my 15-month-old daughter. I would never have wanted any more !!! As stated when I booked, I came to sleep with my 15-month-old daughter. What is to say. A baby. No letters assigned to my daughter. I had to put the mattress on the ground without help to avoid any falls given the height of the bed. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The noise of the mobile phone and especially people are not respectful to speak FORT in the corridors. In addition, a man smoked his window. It felt cigarette when we took the corridors ... With regard to the staff. Two young women and one young man welcomed us with a very forced smile! Three of us stayed in a large studio big enough for 4. It was well equipped and comfortable and despite having no air conditioning, a fan was provided and shutters kept the room cool. We only had one night as part of a long journey but the kitchen area is definitely good enough for a self catering break. Given the weather, a balcony would have been nice but there are lots of benches to sit on by the river. Parking has secure access so definitely worth paying for as there as little parking on the street outside. Continental breakfast was fine with a nice little outdoor terrace. You can walk along a lovely river path into Limoges in about 25 minutes. It's a nice town, but try to avoid Mondays! It was our only day there and most shops and restaurants were closed!

Meilleur hôtel que j’ai jamais vue, une chambre grande et propre, une salle de bain énorme tout aussi propre, on s’y sent vraiment bien ! Le petit déjeuner est tout aussi incroyable il y a énormément de choix et c’est bon ! Le personnel que ce soit pour le ménage, accueil ou autres est vraiment agréable et souriant ! Nous reviendrons et je conseil fortement d’y faire un tour !

Hotel very close to Limoges downtown, just 5 minutes walk. Staff all over the hotel very very friendly and welcoming. Room not large, but ok for a short stay. Air Conditioning working properly, which is not always the case in Europe. Breakfast was also very good. When we arrived, they told us that due to Covid 19 they will not clean the room the next day. For us, this is now an excuse to save staff costs. But when we asked the next day to have our room anyway cleaned, a big YES OF COURSE was the answer. So again : the staff attitude makes the difference, and these people earn a 5 star rating.
