Location: quite difficult to locate, some bolt drivers got lost trying to find the entrance Check in: was a breeze, but had to pay a deposit of 5000baht which we were not informed of even in trip or confirmation email, i wish this was more transparent. It will only be returned to you during check out after housekeeping staff check your room( it will be deducted any item is damaged or missing) - After check in, shuttle will bring you up as the rooms are location on top, lobby at the bottom of the hill. The shuttle was very dangerous , if you are with luggage, going up the hill theres no buckle to hold on to your luggage if you do not hold on to it tight enough, it will just roll off the shuttle , we were also not warned about the steep slope. ＞ our room was located in the middle of the blocks, so the shuttle dropped us at the bottom and we had to climb the stairs with our luggages, the staff did not want to help us carry at first. - no shelter at all at the lobby, if its raining, then you’ll have to walk under the rain to the shuttle. - you can request the shuttle to drive you from your room to the lobby/vise versa as it is not really convenient with the hill and STEPS. -The first 2 days, staff was fine, all good driving us up and down whenever we called, then out of a sudden, they asked us to use the ‘shortcut’ to our room. Did not specify why, but we rejected after walking the FLOCK OF STAIRS for a day, they were at least 5 stories steep mind you. - if you do not wish to take the stairs, you may walk up/ down the hill, which is VERY dark during night time. Check out: worst day of all, they called your room at 1145 to rush you to check out, said will send a shuttle to OUR ROOM but did not specify which block they will be waiting at, we waited but no one came to our room. After waiting for 5mins? We are unsure if we should carry our luggages up or down to the different pickup point, so i used the staff phone outside to phone the lobby to clarify. The staff answering the phone did not even bother to listen to my question, she just answered, ‘check out? Yes ok we will send a shuttle’ then i asked again, WHICH BLOCK SHOULD I WAIT AT?? And she replied me ‘CHECK OUT YES OR NO?’ I said YES, then she just said OK and ENDED MY CALL. In the end, we had to carry our down luggage, without any help, up the steep stairs, and the shuttle WASN’T even there. We waited for extra 5-10mins before the shuttle came. check out: at the lobby, had to wait 10mins for housekeeping to check our rooms before we can check out successfully and get our deposit back. At the same time I had already feedback my encounter to the manager at the lobby, which said she will take care of if later. She’s fine, she apologized. ＞ and finally it was our turn to collect the deposit, the same lady who pickup and ended my call, called out to me. ‘NI HAO NI HAO( hello hello in mandarin) I was so offended, not every asian looking person can understand mandarin and she could have spoken to me in english cause I spoke to her manager in english right? Its obvious that she did not want to speak to me probably cause i feedback about her. All in all, i will not recommend this hotel. Thank you.

It was a wonderful resort. Had a double bed and a single bed. We requested for ground floor because of getting the baby thing from room again & again. It had yummiest breakfast. Friendly staff. Rooms were big, washroom was excellent and big with tub. There was a kids club for kids Pool was very nice Location toooo far and inside from main patong walking street. Only thing i didnt like was the house keeping staff didnt clean the washroom well and the room thoroughly and was really aggressive. Over all experience good , il come back again 😀👍

Hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the main shopping mall. Very convenient. There is an open food market just opposite to the hotel. The food there is quite nice. I tried a mango shake. They put half of the mango on the top of the glass. Its so amazing. Swimming pool is not very big but enough for a swim. Have plenty of sunshine deck. Suitable for a afternoon rest. Recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel with a fabulous pool. Good breakfast options. Just felt the hotel was severely understaffed. Staff on the bar at the pool consistently would get orders wrong. Have a member or 2 of staff walking around the pool area taking orders and delivering food. At the price the place costs don’t expect orders to be consistently wrong and slow to come out. Having said that it is a nice hotel and short walk to the main area of town

Architecture style good for IG photo taking (some construction still going on to make it even better) Location near to beach n shopping (hotel hv shuttle service) Children friendly Dinso Resort blessed with excellent service staff that always put on a smile, that helps to bring people back to stay. Restaurant food list delicious Our room is big, view is great - Seaview Few point for hotel to improve: 1) toilet seat have stain that can't be removed 2) table too small to and only 1 chair. As we call for roo.m service but no where can we seat to eat we are a group of 4 people, so we have to stand n eat our meal. 3) the air con sometime let out some unpleasant smell (guess is the drainage.) 4) when rain the front door will hv pool of water but later on the put a towel to stop the rain water getting into the room. Overall Dinso is great will stay again

Fantastic hotel. We have lived here for almost 1 month as a base in Patong. Incredibly nice hotel, good standard, polite staff, always very helpful staff, clean hotel and very quiet and comfortable. The rooms are very nice. Everything is easily accessible, the beach, shops, food, etc. Massage, food and laundry are also offered at the hotel. Positively surprised by the standard of this hotel and we will HAPPILY return. Highly recommended from us! The location is very good, it is convenient to go anywhere, the homestay is more than 10 minutes to the most lively Patong Night Market, and it is only a few hundred meters to see Simon** Show. Never wrote a review, but this time I really wanted to warn people from visiting this place. The numbers are in very bad condition, don't believe the photos on the sites the reality is quite different. All dirty, dusty, dirty toilet and showers, dirty doors, hole-dressed bed linen, ants run by the room. Every chuck from the next room is heard, and the noise from the road is just unbearable. The owner of this hotel is very rude and evil man who will threaten the police, photograph you and shout if you want to leave before the original period discussed (and we are obliged to respect such arrangements? Especially if we were deceived with the number and provided terrible conditions 🥹). To the word, the deposit did not return to us, under the screams and rays we went somehow out of the hotel, the staff and the owner did not release us. Sounds like a crazy but that's how it was)) now it was funny, and then it was scary and very nervous. Better choose another place. We moved to OYO on Patong for the same money, even cheaper, it's a local network. There too everything is not new, but the staff was kind and attentive, everything was clean.

On arrival met by a very unpleasant receptionist. Check in was quick and easy. Stayed here for 18 days yet management never once asked if everything was ok which for a small place and a place where most people were only staying a few days would have thought they would make an effort. Room a reasonable size, air conditioning smelt when first put on. Had a problem with the sink and the shower on arrival and safe didn’t work. All rectified within 24 hours. Room cleaned daily, towels changed about every 3 days, bath mat weekly. Had to ask for a kettle for the room. Bar non existent if requiring a drink you had to get from fridge and pay at reception. Snacks, tea, coffee not available. WiFi it and miss. Breakfast changed on a daily basis but generally it was cold beans, cold egg, lukewarm tea. Not worth the cost better to go out and pay for one. Every few days there were problems with the pool. Pool area open from 8am till 9pm and some guests there very noisy and no respect for other guests although management didn’t seem to care. No laundry service. Better to have a room higher up as the pool rooms are overlooked and people tend to use them that are not staying in them rooms. The two young reception boys Kan and Ohm were a joy and made up for all the poor things. Would I recommend this hotel (no sorry B&B)? No I wouldn’t.

The hotel is nice and atmospheric. We live on the first floor, it is a bit dark, the TV is small, but there is a Chinese station, and you can eat next to the swimming pool. Going in the opposite direction of 7-11, there is a night market. There is a lot of food, which is very popular these days. If you have a motorcycle, it will be very convenient. Most foreigners are very friendly. The attitude of the boss and the front desk staff was very good. When I checked out, I couldn't climb with the suitcase. A waiter took the initiative to help me carry it. I have been to Thailand many times, and I go to different hotels every time I go to Thailand. People, I think they are very friendly and lovely, I love Thailand.

Had a great stay at the hotel, spacious rooms and lovely swimming pools and pool bars. We would’ve loved to see more pictures f a variety during breakfast time, too many of the same dishes especially since we stayed for 5 nights. Better shuttle service to the beach would’ve been great too, there are only 4 opportunities each day to take the shuttle bus to the beach nearby and back to the hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bang Tao and they had a shuttle service going to the market and beach at all times, this made it just nicer to plan your day and a wonderful extra service from the Hilton. Rooms have very little privacy, although the views are incredible, you have to keep your blinds closed at all times otherwise the room opposite you can look directly into your bedroom which just spoiled having these great windows and views. Overall good stay and was quite relaxing, friendly and helpful staff.

Good location. Rooms are spacious and clean, they are cleaned every day as well which was a bonus. The pool is really nice and it’s a sun trap so perfect for sunbathing if you don’t want to go to the beach. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Our flight wasn’t until the nighttime and they let us leave our bags behind reception after we checked out and let us use their pool until we had to set off to the airport. Really good value for price and I would definitely recommend. 10/10 would stay again. Thankyou

Stayed here for 8 nights, and it’s a great place to stay in central Patong! Quiet yet near the action, we enjoyed the walk to the beach through OTOP Market, as always l plenty to see. Noi, Chris and Luke are really helpful and their Dog Sancho is so cute! On to the accommodation. It’s spotlessly clean (they have the best cleaners) the beds really comfortable and apartments compact but well equipped with good showers (rooms are nice and bright inside too) We had small waters daily and toiletries provided too for so for the price this is a fantastic spot! They pay attention to the environment too and use refillable shower and soaps which is great! The Pool is small as advised in their description but very clean and great to cool off in (outside shower too) we really enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this place.

Originally I was a person who didn't like to write reviews, but the experience of being very satisfied with this stay really couldn't help calling the inn. The inn is in a good location, it is very convenient to buy things around, and it is also close to the sea. The overall environment is clean and hygienic, and the overall decoration style has a sense of design, which happens to be a style I like very much. The boss is very young, especially nice and very enthusiastic. I can see that they are very fond of green plants. There are various flowers and plants at the door. One day I came back to play and just caught up with them to cook. I also invited me to have dinner together. Not to mention In addition, I washed this Chinese regular dish that is N times better than Thai food, and it must be praised five points.
