The room was good as expected, and breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the staff were very lovely and helpful. Getting to the hotel was super convenient; I took the airport bus to the bus terminal and could walk to the hotel from there as it's very close by. From my room's balcony, I could see the bus terminal. There are also restaurants conveniently located near the hotel.

The hotel was modern, built with quality materials, and very clean. The front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was very comprehensive. The pool was small but clean and refreshing. There was also a free gym and laundry service available.

A good hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfasts that are more Thai than European. Complimentary hot and cold beverages are a nice touch that adds to the comfort. In my opinion, the price is a bit high. It's a decent place to stay for a couple of days during your travels.

Extended my stay from last night. The room is good, the bed is thick and soft, and the air conditioning is nice and cold. It's conveniently located near the old bus terminal.

The air conditioner was so loud I couldn't sleep, and the bathroom water pressure was frustrating.

Super love this hotel. We love how clean and comfy the beds are. Great location near the bus terminal where you can board the free shuttle bus to go around Phuket old town. It’s at a quiet corner hence there is no noise disturbance when we sleep. Great breakfast selection too. Staffs are very polite and very helpful. Will definitely come back and stay again.

Blu Monkey Hotel hit you different from other hotels. It has vibes and creativity in each corner. The location is great in city old town, howover only bad about this property is big sewage running just behind the hotel. This causing poor view and mosquitoes to your room. Else everything was great.

Love the hotel . Walking distance to Phuket old town . Easy access by the grab . The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good . Mix of Thai & western food . Will stay again when I’m back to Phuket in near future .

100000/10 this hotel is very comfy very aesthetic and very strategic, you can reach terminal 1 airport bus station by walking, and the breakfast was amazing!! this hotel have 24 hours working space and laundry too, everything about this hotel is awesome

Well this place has its perks by being at a central and more accessible location. Although the stay itself was rubbish. If you're coming as a couple, they'll give you 2 separate single beds joined in one. (They call this a king bed) which isn't because I paid for king bed. The AC was weird and the could feel the moister rather than anything else.

We stayed for 3 nights as a couple. Every day, the room was cleaned, and the bed linen and towels were changed. It's close to the bus station. The staff was pleasant and responsive. The only thing missing in the room was a dining table and a wardrobe.
