It was my first time to go to Phuket, and I was pleasantly surprised to stay at this hotel. From the meticulous service to the clean and spacious rooms, there was nothing to complain about. While eating a rich and varied breakfast, I could also enjoy the beautiful sea view. It was very close to the scenic spots. The hotel also had a car rental service. The boss was Chinese, and the staff could speak Chinese, so there was no need to worry about the language. I would choose to stay here again next time I go.

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of ​​15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of ​​street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

The room is very clean and the waiter is full of enthusiasm ， I feel the friendliness of everyone! There are many activities, and the sand on the beach is soft and comfortable ，it's not far from Badong ，but this area is very quiet! The best choice for parent-child travel！！

Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

Location: convenient, go to the beach to eat seafood, convenient, next to a 711. Boss: Chinese, very comfortable to communicate with. This time I brought the elderly and children, and had pies, fried cakes, wontons and pickles for breakfast, which was great. The hotel is actually quite large, but it is a bit crowded with big trees and green plants. The most exciting thing is that there is a dryer. Thailand is humid, and it feels really comfortable after drying. Also, when we checked in, it was a room on the first floor with direct access to the swimming pool. There were a few ******* who were still swimming in the pool after 10 o'clock in the evening and shouting loudly. The sign near the swimming pool clearly stated that swimming is not allowed after 9 o'clock in the evening, but this group of people ignored it. I really couldn't sleep well. I told the front desk staff, but they didn't listen to the management and continued to swim, shouting non-stop. Their quality is really low, *******.

Overall is good. Food and staff are nice. Facilities are well maintained. However the housekeeping is required for an improvement. We completed an online survey pre check in including the choice of the bedding. We asked for a duvet with satin cover (one of the options), however, the size of duvet is much bigger than the duvet. It looks weird….
