Misleading name and disappointing 5-star experience While the reception staff are helpful and doing their best, this hotel falls short of its 5-star rating. My experience here was a mixed bag, and I honestly regret the booking for several reasons: The Room & AC: The layout is poor. The air conditioning blows directly onto the bed, which made me ill. If you turn it off, the room feels like a sauna; if you open the balcony, you’re at the mercy of mosquitoes. Misleading Branding: The "Beachfront" name is highly misleading. The beach is unusable, dirty, and not for swimming. You’ll be restricted to the pool. Location & Hygiene: The location is isolated; we had to take a taxi daily for food and decent beaches. Worse, there were cockroaches in our 2nd-floor room and a persistent smell of sewage/drainage outside the property. Dining: Breakfast is repetitive, with 90% of the menu remaining the same every day. Compared to a 2-star hotel I stayed at in Karon Beach, which had better AC and service, this was a letdown. If I could have refunded my stay on day one, I would have moved to the West Coast immediately. Only stay here if you don't mind being taxi-dependent and prefer a pool over the sea/ocean.

The location is amazing, right in front of the beach, so we could fully enjoy the resort atmosphere throughout our stay. The room and facilities were very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive, which made us feel comfortable at all times. The amenities were also excellent, especially the pool and common areas where we found ourselves spending a lot of time. It’s a perfect hotel for couples, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Phuket.

This resort is located in Rawai, and it’s a great choice if you’re looking to stay away from the chaos of Patong. We booked a room with direct pool access, and it was absolutely worth it, especially in Thailand’s warm weather. We also really enjoyed the fresh coconut juice and mango sticky rice from the small kiosk just outside the hotel. It’s very convenient, with a convenience store nearby as well perfect for quick snacks. The beach area has a lovely atmosphere, especially the chairs under the trees, which make for a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the view. However, swimming isn’t ideal as the water is a bit murky. It also seemed like some drainage from nearby resorts flows directly into the sea, which was disappointing.

The hotel has a beach front, but the beach is not suitable for swimming. The location feels a bit isolated and far from shops and restaurants. The room could have been cleaner, as there was hair on the floor. On a positive note, the views around in the hotel are nice.
