Excellent hotel, very comfortable, quiet and peaceful
The beach is generally the best of all the nearby hotels
And the breakfasts are absolutely amazing! For this price the best hotel in Bali style

The staff are very friendly and kind.
It was nice that there were good restaurants and super massage places nearby.
The room interior was also nice and had high ceilings. However, the pool area is different from the photo, including sunbeds.
Perhaps because it blends in with nature, there are so many mosquitoes.
I didn't leave the door open to keep the mosquitoes out.
I continued to fight against mosquitoes...and yet I got bitten 7 times. The room itself wasn't bright, so it was really hard to find mosquitoes, and if I lay still, they would come and buzz every 10 minutes, which was really stressful.
The water pressure in the shower is very weak. It's embarrassingly weak, so it takes a very long time to shower. How weak it is is that when you plug in the shower, the water pressure is weak and comes down the shower line, making it even more gurgling. I think it needs to be improved.
I wasn't wearing any clothes at night, and even though the door was locked, someone else opened the door, probably because they were in the wrong room. I was so embarrassed that I screamed, but he opened the door again and said sorry and closed the door. It may have been an accident that the guests found the wrong room, but the door was indeed locked, but it was very unpleasant to know why it was left open.
The water in the swimming pool is very murky. To be honest, it looks so difficult to go in that I wonder if I can go in there. But there were people swimming.
The bed is said to be king size, but it is two single beds placed together, so it opens up in the middle.
The service is very friendly and satisfactory, but I think the facilities are a bit disappointing and need improvement.

This property has the potential to be beautiful but unfortunately it is run down and dirty. Dead plants, overgrown bushes, pool littered with leaves, loungers broken and not enough cushions for the ones that are there. The beach is across the road, shared with another resort. The only problem with that was, we couldn't get a lounger there. Guests from the other resort were in the "An Niehm" section everyday. So using the private beach was useless. As for the rooms, they need a good cleaning from top to bottom! Everything dusty and dirty. We were given clean towels everyday and the breakast every morning was wonderful. All in all...Would I stay here again? No. Would I recommend this hotel to a friend? No.

I did not think that I would leave a review like this among other good reviews, I just thought that I was unfortunate this time, it was a chance to know how much good your service was. My partner booked this hotel 3 nights because I told him that I was recommended. The plus is people here, friendly and warm welcomed me. But my first impression was not really good. The bed is comfortable, but there was problem with the cleanliness. There were sand and dusk in the bathroom, and the stopper of bottle of drinking water was also dirty, the door was really hard to open. Above experience, I thought I just friendly shared to the reception and done. But the thing really ruined my experience was that from the beginning, my partner was stucked in the mainland because of the storm and was not able to travel to Phu Quoc, the hotel did not offer us cancallation and of course, I understood that, therefore I checked in earlier because I was in Phu Quoc before, and hoped my partner can travel to Phu Quoc on the next day. Unfortunately, my partner was still not able to travel, I was seeking to the hotel support to move our stay to Mar 2023 when we can arrange our holiday, and we will absolutely pay the extra if any. But I received response that our stay only can be postpone until Oct 2020 and I should stay all by myself if my partner cannot travel. And supprisingly that they said the payment is only a small amount therefore they could not support me. What kind of mindset was that? And I agreed that this was a small amount and I was alright to leave it. Next time my partner travel to Phu Quoc, I am sorry that I will choose other hotel and you will not see me as a demanding guest again.

The space of the resort is extremely green, covered by a lot of trees, creating a cool and very relaxing a**osphere. The room is quite spacious, using all kinds of wood materials, fired bricks, soft pillows, really "retreat". The owner and staff are enthusiastic and cheerful. Hope An Nhien always keeps the space and good service like this!
