We had issues with our phone, refrigerator, and shower. Hotel was full so we couldn’t move rooms, but Kylie at the front desk was great.

Our room was on the ground floor right a cross from the guest washer and dryer. On numerous occasions you could here people talking outside our room. The last night of our stay there were people do laundry from 11pm to 2am, with the washer making all kinds of noise at 11:30pm. That and us having to get up at 3:30am to leave for the airport at 5am. The breakfast area was constantly out items. The first day of our stay they have Danish and apple juice, then no more the rest of our week long stay. Most days there were no sausages in the trays. Will not be staying in a Comforts suites hotel for a long time now.

The TV never worked. We called the front desk and were told they were updating it, but it never did work. The breakfast never had any fruit and the lotion was never refilled.

The hotel could use a remodel or update, compared to other Comfort Inn's I've stayed in. The area as well was very seedy with vagrants hanging out in the area. I was approached to buy ***** as I was trying to get into my vehicle to go buy water, because there was none available on property, no vending machines and their commissary on had a few Dr. Peppers.

Hard to find entrance to hotel. It sits behind a Waffle House in a not so nice part of town. Many homeless people hanging around outside. The breakfast included was terrible. The coffee was colored hot water. We mentioned the problem to one of the workers there and she went to replace the coffee in the machine. It was still terrible. We decided to eat breakfast at the local Denny’s the next few days at a cost of $40-45 a morning. We were not happy at all.

Really loved the staff, great breakfast. Great gym. The elevator was terrifying sounding so we stopped using it. Our room had backwards hot water/cold water which was challenging bc it was the temp of the sun or iceberg run off, and our shower rod was really broken. We also had a non stop running toilet with a silly slidey seat. Our room had a bit of a funky smell but once our stuff was in there it wasn’t unbearable at all. It was honestly a great stay for what we used it for and I wouldn’t be afraid to rebook.

The place in itself is quite good. The locality, however, seems like a far off place. There are conveniences at quite far off, unless you have your own transportation.

Overall the it appeared run down. Carpet needs replacing throughout the complex. The painting quality of the walls was very poor. They were missing fixtures in the bathroom for a towels. It just needs an overall update —-what was fabulous was the bed! One of the comfiest I’ve been in in years. Some areas of the hotel were very clean however the breakfast area the first day we arrived, was not attended to, and was a bit messy, and the tables were quite sticky.. The location was great for our needs..

The best part of my stay was the bed. It was so comfortable, and I loved the assortment of pillows and their thicknesses. I appreciated they triple sheeted the bed. The lady who checked me in and out was great! The other front desk lady was less than professional. I had trouble getting into my room (305) every evening when I returned since neither of my key cards would work. I told the one lady I thought it might be the card reader since I would get no response for 5-6 times then I'd get a red light and then several times of nothing. She responded with minimal interest in my situation and stated I wasn't the card reader and if it was, she would have to call in the maintenance guy, which she did not appear to want to do. She re-entered both my key cards and I went up again and after multiple more attempts, I finally got in.
