4 Star Hotels in Phan Thiet

The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

Above all, the staff were so friendly! And although the accommodation was full of gardens, it wasn't too buggy or dirty. Above all, it’s a resort I want to visit again because the service is great!!

Excellent resort with two nice and large swimming pool . The room is spacious and clean. Very nice view to the ocean and the garden/swimming pool . There is play ground for kids. The reservation was very helpful and friendly. The TET decor is impressive. I also like free afternoon tea. Excellence service and we will come back for sure.

1. Location As you know, it's a bit far from Bokeh Street, which many people go to. You can't walk, but there's always a taxi waiting on the street, so if you ask the lobby to call a taxi, it will come right away. The taxi fare is about 80,000 dong, including Sinbad Kebab. It's worth going back and forth. We did it for 2 days. I went out to dinner and had a massage the whole time. It was a complete vacation! Otherwise, you can enjoy it more deliciously and cheaper if you pay for a taxi. 2. Cleanliness It looked very clean in the photo, but I was surprised that it was older than I expected. This was my 4th trip to Vietnam, and maybe it's because Mui Ne is the most rural... Among the hotels I stayed at in a similar price range and star rating, the condition was the worst. It wasn't just dirty, it was just a bit old... . 3. Service The staff are friendly. There was a staff member who spoke Korean during check-in. This staff member seems to only be there during the day, but she is not fluent. There were some words that I did not understand, but it is comfortable because there is a staff member who speaks Korean. 4. Auxiliary facilities It's equipped with a lot of things, so it's nice to have some fun when you have time. A place for kids to play? There was the same thing, it was on a pocket table, and there was also a movie theater. You can also enjoy activities such as casting, fishing, and kayaking if you sign up. However, I didn't see anyone doing it in particular. The biggest reason I chose Cliff was the swimming pool. I love swimming so I always choose places with large pools. The size of the swimming pool is good and there are plenty of beds, but the water quality is so... bad. This is the first time I've been to a hotel swimming pool where I can't see this far. There are two large swimming pools and two small swimming pools. The water quality in both was poor, so I felt a bit uncomfortable while playing... 5. Breakfast There is quite a variety of food and the food changes little by little and I enjoyed it.

We stayed 7 nights. It was our 3rd stay at the resort. Our bungalow was clean, comfortable and appeared to have been recently refurbished. Pool area excellent, garden and facilities well maintained. They provide the best buffet breakfast in Vietnam. Delightful staff. The Blossom Spa is modern and staff very professional.

At first, i get a room with street/ city view, it s quite noisy and there are mosquitos. After getting the support from trip.com and staff An from the resort I got a really great room. It was a clean and nice room with garden view and great balcony, we enjoyed the great sound of waves at night time, it was so nice and peaceful. The balcony is big enough for 3-4 people do yoga hahaha but Im not a big fan. After getting upgrade for the garden view, i highly recommend this resort! Breakfast was free flow ala cart menu with so nice yogurt and beef stew etc typical Vietnamese breakfast. Staffs are friendly n well prepared to serve us. I really love it. Finally, it was good experience though a bit trouble from the first room they gave me. I do appreciate when staffs are keen to change to a better room and willing to offer us better service when I have inform them the issue regarding to room’s quality . The beach is so nice, they have a swing, we sat there and enjoy the sea … so peaceful, there are totally no big ships at the sea, we could see local people doing their fishing job while swimming in the sea water, really nice experiences. I went to rest quietly, so basically in the room watching coconut trees reading books and playing mobile phones, evening in the beach walk. The total breakfast buffet is small, and the restaurant menu does not have pictures. There is a small shop opposite the hotel that tastes good, that is, there are more dust.

This room has two bedrooms, and the bedroom inside has no windows. A small living room in the middle but the soundproofing is not good. The overall house feels dark. The architectural style of the hotel outside is very good. It is a refurbished hotel. The combination of gray walls and wooden doors is very advanced. The hotel is not big, it is very close to the front desk or the beach. There are two swimming pools, one 1.9 deep, one 1.2 deep, and a children's water park is more fun. Sometimes the beach is completely submerged, but there is still sand after the tide. The restaurant breakfast is average, the choice is relatively small, and the price of a la carte is expensive. It would be better if the dishes were richer. Overall, the family tour is good here.

If this hotel could provide some electric utility vehicles, I would give this hotel 7 stars. We were about to stay one night only on our way back from Dalat to Saigon but we ended up to stay two nights. If our time allowed us to stay, we would be very happy to stay a few more days. The landscape of the hotel is stunning. Our rooms are so beautiful and spaces.We could see a large beautiful swimming pool from our windows and even from our bathroom. Restaurant is beautiful and providing good food. Hotel services are amazing. The staff are very sweet and polite. We definitely will stay here again and again

Overall, it was good. The facilities did feel a bit outdated, but the swimming pool, garden, reception, etc. were all well-equipped. I stayed for a total of 2 nights, and everyone was friendly. The hot water wasn't always available in the morning, but it wasn't to the point where I couldn't wash. It's far from the city, but I think it's a good location for those who like surfing. I would have only had good memories if cockroaches hadn't come out of the room on the last night, but that's a bit disappointing.. I had a good rest!
