The rooms shown are not the rooms available in this hotel! No TV's in rooms and each room can hardly fit the bed which has no padding, just a flat hard board!

Entire good, but a little bit noisy in the night. But no problem for me. Because no problem to go to drink somewhere. And breakfast is also good. Please try it.

Really good hotel, close to the Pattaya beach and other shops. 15 minutes walking from the Walking Street. Helpful staff and good cleaning, only minor issue was the room size. My room was ok for a single person. Also, there is no wardrobe for or a hook to hang clothes.

Wifi not stable. Fortunately I have True 5G allowing my other devices to tag on Portable Hotspot. And the room doesn’t have any hook to hang clothes. Recommended the front desk during checkout to install hooks on the door at least. The room is also small, no TV, No phone.

Room in good location.The hotel was around 1 kilometer from the distance from Pattaya walking street. The staff are not friendly, the room is also too small. You just can sleep. Not having space for your things and clothes.

The space was. Excellent;we really enjoyed have my the rooms to split our group .The rooms were quite clean and well-kept except for floors ;a little dusty,perhaps from not being used often or recently. We were surprised that the washrooms were not equipped with shower slippers nor tooth brushes or combs. There were two small safes for valuables, which was appreciated. There were five of us and only three plates and bowls. Four cups and coffee packages. The staff were friendly and helpful except in the restaurant. The restaurant was reasonable and we found the food quite tasty. Unfortunately, we cannot give much credit to waiter,Manny. He was just short of being rude. Twice interrupted our attempt and giving our order to go and talk to other staff(????). Our request for something to drink with breakfast was brusquely denied.No choice for breakfast … rice with some vegetables and egg. We managed. An attempt to talk with him and apologize if we had offended (I am sure we didn’t do that but my training taught me to do that).He did not attempt to understand and just walked away. I worked more than 20 years in the hotel industry with Holiday Inns and Marriott Hotels. His behaviour would have found him without a job before his shift was over. He is a serious drawback to your hotel. Our group of five speak Chinese and English fluently,and a little French and Thai(very little). I am 74 year old former teacher. My fellow travellers are former students who know I do not tolerate their treating people rudely or impolitely.They have been travelling with me once or twice a year for almost 20 years, since they were middle school students.. They know how to treat others.

The location of the hotel is very close to the beach, although there is a bar that plays loud music every night until 3am therefore impossible to have an early night. The bathroom is very small and it's also a wet room The staff are very helpful but are not very often at reception, throughout the stay I had several questions but no one I could ask

While my stay at the hotel had its charm, I must share a few observations. The bed, unfortunately, was quite firm, resembling the feel of a wooden surface. Additionally, when inquiring about motorcycle rental, the staff seemed uncertain, which was surprising given the rental service was conveniently located across from the hotel. These aspects, while noteworthy, didn't overshadow the overall positive aspects of my visit.

Regrettably, my experience at the hotel was marred by a notably uncomfortable bed, providing a sleep quality reminiscent of a wooden surface. Furthermore, the staff's lack of friendliness became apparent when seeking information about motorcycle rental; the response, claiming ignorance, starkly contrasted with the actual location of the rental service just opposite the hotel. These factors diminished the overall satisfaction of my stay.

Angry staff with disagreements with other guests. Breakfast a joke. Location nice on busy street. Very small room for shown Superior we booked.

Great location and clean. The room is a bit small and breakfast option is limited.

Good hotel. Service was okey but a bit noisy otherwise everything was perfect

Budget hotel. Actually, I would not go back to this hotel again if I had another choice. I booked hotel for 1 night. Next morning I did not check out, I just completed my breakfast and went outside to explore. I was on a tour, and decided to spend 1 more night. When I got back hotel in the late afternoon, I told them I would stay 1 more night. They were supposed to charge me 1 night only. What they did, they said since you did not inform us before - you have to 200 THB plus 1 night charge whereas 1 night charge should be fine for my stay. - what they call it as "late fee". Late fee should be charged if someone check out late; if I want to continue stay why I pay late fee ? When I asked them this, the staffs were very rude - they said if I refuse to pay the late fee, they would not let me get in my room; they would call the police. Never experienced such hotel policy before. So, if you ever go there and decides to stay more than the days you booked for; you better let them before 11:30 AM on check out day.

Great location but receptionists were not available most time.
