Nice hotel.
However to find out that you have to pay extra for the swimming pool was very sad, specially for 4 member family.

The access to the pools is very enjoyable.
At the restaurant, excellent service from Mathias and Samuel. Friendly and professional. Great assets for the restaurant.

The only positive feedback I have about this establishment is that they were courteous enough to change my reservation date free of charge after I mistakenly booked for the wrong day. The room we stayed in was terribly warn, old and scruffy. We stayed in the Acquella building on the ground floor. The rooms on the right hand side have a view on the mountains therefore don’t feel as dungeony and unpleasant, unfortunately our room was in the left hand side and looked on the a rock face and hill. There was a small separate room in the apar**ent with two single beds, but the main sleeping area has a sofa bed and no comfortable double bed in sight. Bathroom drain stank, shower had mold and you could hardly swing a cat in the space. I could not fin a light on the ‘so called’ terrace with the rock face view so we had to sit out with our phones for a flash light. Breakfast lady was rude. After a four day trip in Valais staying in various establishments, this was by far the worst experience and ultimately a sleepless night. For a charge of 260chf a night this was just outrageous!

The restaurant is a disaster. Service not attentive. I ordered an entrecote, it came on the hot stone and wasn't tender. The menu plate was a shame that as a chef you serve it like that to the guests!! There are a lot of deceptive dishes on the menu. The drinks are also not served in calibrated glasses!! And the rooms are very old and we had to sleep on a sofa bed!! Not to mention the breakfast buffet is a complete shame and catastrophe, there was even rotten meat on the buffet!!! Oh, and the water in the bathroom is only 30 degrees warm!

Magnificent residence. The apar**ents are large and well equipped. The residence is directly connected with the thermal baths which are large and magnificent. The SPA is very bright and perfectly equipped.

We rented a room with a south view. The studio is spacious with a large balcony. It is a studio without room service (we benefited from a 3 for 2 offer). I am very satisfied with the self-service breakfast. It is very well stocked with even a choice of products for people with food intolerances (gluten-free or plant-based milks). This is the kind of attention that is very rare in three-star hotel establishments. The bathrooms are apparently renovated while the kitchen layout is less recent but perfectly functional. I am surprised by the virulence of the negative reviews on this site. It is true that there is a bulb and a defective shower head seal, but there is nothing to worry about. Direct access to the baths is very practical. The baths are good and the spa is great. There are lots of varied sectors. Not just the usual Turkish baths, saunas or hamams, but original things like the tropical rain, the cold room, the hot sand bed, the Himalayan salt wall, etc… All this has a price, which is, it is true, superior to that of a classic three-star which does not offer these possibilities of relaxation and rejuvenation.

L’établissement est vieillissant et mériterait quelques travaux de rénovation et surtout d’entretiens. Le personnel n’est pas préoccupé par le bien-être des visiteurs et on a l’impression de déranger à chaque à demandes. Le restaurant c’est une catastrophe on a commandé une truite avec de l’orge et on reçoit un saumon avec du riz. Nous ne reviendrons assurément plus à cet endroit.
