Older establishment, probably the 1st generation of capsule accommodation. Pod is narrow & with a bulky TV blocking the entry. You need to be careful not to knock your head against it. Layout very inconvenient - shoes & luggage on 1st floor, bathhouse/shower on 2nd floor, small locker for clothes on 4th floor & capsule pods on 5th floor. Need to go up & down all the time. And only ONE lift to serve all 5 floors & hundreds of pods. Most of the staff doesn't smile & don't speak a word of English, except for one kind young man. Bathhouse where the pools & sauna are is a very rundown area. The only saving grace is that the pods area felt quite clean on my bare feet - no slippers provided. Although it'll be ungrateful to say that it's a bad stay, but surely doesn't feel like a place I would like to return to.

You can’t beat this kind of place. Cheap and cheerful. One cheerful guy at front desk for sure is Ryo Sakamoto. Every time I went to the front desk, he would smile more. It seems like all guests make him smile.

It is a perfect place to stay for a solo tourist. Very clean and quiet whilst located in the middle of Osaka. Nice spa and sauna, a lot of vending machines with any kind of goods. Highly recommend.

Fantastic capsule hotel. Location is great, with many bars and restaurants surrounding the hotel. The spa facilities are awesome and the capsule was comfortable. Would stay again.

Really nice capsule hotel, but the only negative is that you had to check in again everyday, so you had to wake before 10 am everyday otherwise you had to pay a fee
