這間旅館非常好！位置在心齋橋那邊，不管去道頓堀還是難波都非常近！而且整體環境很溫馨、又乾淨，旅客素質都很高！是我住過最好的青旅～前台接待人員也非常有禮貌！櫃檯姊姊長得很漂亮！如果有機會的話還想要再訪呢！

前台服務態度非常好，我本來需要在11點前check in 因為第一次來大阪，不太會坐地鐵，等地鐵還有出地鐵找路耽誤了點時間，我聯繫攜程幫我跟酒店協商，因為我國內手機號打不通日本電話，我當時很着急，好在前台英語很好，可以溝通的上，超級感謝攜程客服還有這個青旅的前台工作人員，服務真的很好，很乾凈，獨立空間，適合我這種怕吵的人，人生第一次住青旅真的體驗很好❤️
